PF Stretching
Hindi squat : 5min x 5 = 25min

I understand completely if you don't want to post one. But if you truly do have APT then you shouldn't be stretching your hamstrings. And if you have swayback you don't want to be stretching your hip flexors. So that's why I'm concerned with your routine. A lot of people here think they have APT but actually do not and end up messing themselves up. You haven't been able to test yourself due to you being on your own and I don't want you to be discouraged that you spent months stretching the wrong muscles.
If we know your imbalances we can address this now and you'll be able to perform when you get back home. 100%

As regards hip flexor vs hamstring issue I am a little bit aware of this (thanks to PEGym). So far I've followed almost all post of yours and those have really been very illuminating. Hats off!
As I said, I stretch hamstring only occassionally - not everyday. Regarding hip flexor, now-a-days I feel that there is not much left to stretch it. LOL. Perhaps I am mistaken.
Well... I have decided to give my current routine 100 days before tinkering with it. Only 22 days to go. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Edging : Edged after a long gap. After erection it was just a matter of 2-3 strokes. Couldn't understand what happened. Helplessly watched myself ejaculating within a few seconds. Funny indeed.
After ejaculation I checked if I can do RK. Well I could do RK quite freely. My PF was not cramped up due to orgasm.
Wish I could go for 2nd round. But my refractory period is pathetic. Almost 10-12 hours.
