Day 11
Couldn't post log yesterday. So doing the same today.
Did Hindi Squat for two sessions : 10min+10min. Other stretches ok.
Did routine exercises all - abs and upper body. OK. Skipped cardio.
Did 50 front, 50 back and 50 full RKs twice. It went OK.
All day light RK hold - at least tried to do whenever remembered.
All day IKs - no progress.
All day Diaphragmatic Breathing - along with all day light rk-hold.
Didn't sit on any chair today. Didn't do Tennis Ball massage due to recent reappearance of hemorrhoids.
Didn't meditate. Couldn't find time to watch porn for arousal control.
Edged for 1 hour. No progress.
So 112 days went without ejaculation.

Day 12
Changed my routine a bit. Will post updated routine a few days later when I become fully accustomed to it.
Did glutes and lower body exercises. Went good.
Did only full RKs 5 sec hold 50reps once in the morning. It went OK.
Changed my approach to edging. Earlier I actually ballooned without any stroking. Today added some stroking besides ballooning.
Edged for 1hr 15min total. Most of the time concentrated on frenulum and glans. Last 10min was mainly stroking the frenulum and glans. Basic start and stop. Many PONRs which I didn't count. Last few minutes I didn't even use any RK. But accidentally I ejaculated. Actually I saw that after I had crossed PONR there was a small window of 1-2 sec before ejaculation began. I couldn't use that window. I just fumbled to decide whether I should hold a K or an RK. And I ejaculated. So after 112 days I ejaculated on the 113rd day. Perhaps I lacked concentration today.
Sad. Because I understood that nothing changed. Those 112 days of exercise and restraint did not make any improvement. Now I am exactly at the same spot where I had been 3.5 months ago. But I'm a bit relieved too. Now I can edge with a more free mind because I have no pressure to maintain a non-ejaculation streak. LOL.

Day 13
Previous day's mishap punctured my sex confidence much. Couldn't post log yesterday though I did work. Today I'll post both yesterday's and today's log.
I think I've to work more on PF stretching. Already doing a few like Hindi squat, Child pose, Pigeon pose and Happy Baby pose. I'll spend more time on those poses. But all these poses 'pose' some problems for me. Hindi squat hurts my TFL and hip capsule area. In Child pose my butt doesn't touch my heels. Happy Baby pose hurts my groin area. Pigeon and Happy Baby poses I can't do near perfectly.
Did Hindi squat : 5min x 12sessions = 1 hour total.
Child pose for 5min, Happy Baby 5 min and Pigeon pose for 2 min each side.
I made a short target of doing Hindi squat for 20 min at a stretch within a month. Let's see. Now I can't do more than 5min at a stretch.
Other stretches went ok. Need to increase duration.
ABS and upper body workout went fine. But 6-pack is light years away. LOL.
Started doing tennis ball massage. Didn't roll the ball. Just kept the ball under the middle of perineum and sat for 10min. Didn't feel any relaxation though.
Didn't do any separate RK routine. Tried to do all day RK - as many, as long and as often as possible. A lot of time just forgot. Sometimes I did remember but didn't feel like pushing RK. Still I tried to persist. I can't do one looong hold. So what I am doing is : when a hold is released I just do another hold. Sometimes front RK, sometimes back RK and sometimes full RK.
During edging I saw that my RKs are useless against IKs. So my RKs are either technically imperfect or are weak as hell. But with these weak/imperfect RKs I am fighting against my day long IKs.
No cardio. No meditation.
Edged for 90min. Simple ballooning and stroking only the glans and frenulum. Countless stops. All powerful IKs. Rubbed just for a few seconds and then relaxed for more than a minute. Useless endeavour. Didn't ejaculate.
I think edging is completely fruitless until this IK issue is resolved. What do you think mates?

Hi Everyman, good job keeping your log consistant.
I have often asked myself this question and as i don't have much privacy for edging, I mainly put it off and spend my free time stretching and strengthening. (the stretching i have been doing for a year and only started strenghtening since 2/3 months).
My PF is quite flexible and sometime too much but i still get lots of IK's while edging even though I can Rk and my PF is flexible. So I think stretching does help but you still have to edge to try and change that memory muscle reflex which brings you straight to PONR.
I see after reading your log that you have the time and privacy to edge so i would continue doing that everyday for at least 2/3 months before asking yourself if you are doing anything wrong. From what i see with people that have had sucess, the key was consistency over a long periode of time and not just a few weeks.
In any case that's the conclusion that i have come too but then again i'm still trying to get more control and i'll let the other guys that have been able to overcome their PreP give their own conclusion.

Thanks for your encouraging words.
You're right about edging and consistency. They are important - I understand that. But what I'm doing now in the name of edging is far from what a true edging should be. I just balloon my most sensitive spots and try to counter IKs. All my attention goes to feeling IKs and pushing RKs while I try to hide from PONR. If I go on edging this way, I think I'll be learning DO on my death bed. LOL.
On a serious note, I'm not going to stop edging anyway. But this IK thing drives me wild every time I even think about it. The sad part is that I can relax my PF with or without RK but I can't stop IKs with my RK during stimulation.
I've read your complete log and keep visiting it regularly. It has been very inspiring for me, I must admit. Recently you've made quite a progress with your hand-fleshlight combo. Congrats!
One question : how do you cancel IKs with RK without stopping stimulation? Any suggestion?

Day 14

Glutes and lower body workout went ok. Recently I have added adductor and VMO to my workout routine. Did them too.
Tennis Ball sitting : 30min. I think I need to stop or reduce this tennis ball sitting. Something doesn't feel right in the anal region. Will it aggravate hemorrhoids?
Did (or at least tried to do) all day RK as many, as long and as often as I could manage to do/remember. Actually yesterday's attempt went much better than today's. So I'm regressing maybe. Bad.
No cardio. No meditation. Couldn't find time to edge. But continued my fight against all day IKs with my RK. IKs were aplenty as always.
Two weeks gone. No progress so far.

Day 15
Added Frog Pose to my routine. It feels very good for stretching the PF especially the front part. Haven't really perfected the pose now. It'll take more practice I think. The funny thing is : this frog pose reminds me of male pornsters who, I think, are all masters of this pose. Maybe not for PF stretching, but for prolonged thrusting at least. LOL.
Did Hindi squat : 10min x 6 sessions = 1 hour total.

One good news : now my child pose is nearly perfect (about 90% I think). Other poses need more work. A lot of work.

Did tennis ball sitting : 10min (Avoided longer session since yesterday it made my anal area uncomfortable.)
ABS and upper body workout went ok.
Did 100 full RKs; 50 front and 50 back RKs (short ones). Also did (or at least tried to do) all day RK as many, as long and as often as I could manage to do/remember.
Edged for 90min (30min + 60min two sessions). No porn. No fantasy/imagination. Lots of lube. Both hands. No strokes. Just ballooning. Targeted only frenulum and glans underside. Crowd of PONRs. More stops than starts. PF tightened up. BC knotted up. IKs reigned. BC & PC both clenched at every touch. Blah. Blah. Blah. The usual boring shit.
But pleasure was there for sure. And 90 minutes of it. End of story. Didn't ejaculate.
Moral of the story : well... this story is not worth a moral. LOL.

What stretch do you do for anterior tibialis?
Have you also test if you have calf tightness? could come with your condition and many people mistake it with hamstring tightness)
I have been Jelqing but not...
