For anterior tibialis I do these two stretches :

I did wall test (e.g. foot 5 inch from wall etc) for my calves and they are not tight. I don't know if they were tight before because from the day1 of my routine I have been stretching my calves regularly. Recently I have also added calves strengthening exercise.
Regarding hamstring I don't stretch them any more due to APT. I am trying to strengthen them. But I have problem doing standing toe touch. I don't know if it is due to tight hip or tight hamstring.

Two second to PONR.
Day 18
Did Hindi squat : 10min x 6 sessions = 1 hour total.
Child pose : 10min
Frog pose : 5min
Pigeon pose : 5min
Happy Baby pose : 5min

So Total PF stretching : 1hr 25min (with deep breathing plus RK)

Did all stretches from anterior tibialis to hip flexor : OK.
Didn't do tennis ball sitting.
Glutes and upper body workout went good.
Did 100 full RKs and 50 front & 50 back RKs (short ones). Also did (or at least tried to do) all day RK as many, as long and as often as I could manage to do/remember. But today's performance was very very bad. I was just struggling to hold RK, I don't know why.
Edged for 65min. Experimented with different types of rub and strokes. Found that if I concentrate on my frenulum and glans with full erection, then I reach PONR within 2 seconds, which translates into 1 slow thrust in real sex. Perhaps my penis is like a non-disposable syringe for injecting semen into vagina - just push and cum. LOL.
Another thing I noticed today. My RK is really weak because it cannot overpower IK. Beside that I have problem doing full RK with full erection. So I think I need to practise RKs with full erection too. I remember that Minuteman always advocates for practising Kegels in all states - flaccid, erect and post-ejaculation. I'll definitely give it a go in next edging.
So the plan is to stroke/rub my dick to 100% attention and then do full RK. Once erection drops just repeat. Rub - erect - RK. Edging has become simply hopeless; let's try something different.
Anyways, I managed not to ejaculate today. How many days didn't I cum? Forgot. Need to check my log backwards.

Edged for 2 hours. Stroked only frenulum and glans with maximum stimulation. Saw countless approaching PONRs. Somehow managed to stop myself every time before PONR. Twice stepped on PONR but survived both times luckily by releasing PF. Didn't ejaculate at last.
Also did erect RKs. Well... that should form another post, I think.

Did erect RK during edging and made some interesting findings.
My RKs are not very strong. At least they are not strong enough to counter IKs successfully. Especially they are simply hopeless with erection. The stronger the erection, the weaker the RK.
So what did I find regarding my RK-ability with erection?
What I did was like this : during edging rubbed my dick to full erection and then tried to apply and hold RK. Once erection subsided, then again rubbed to erection and applied RK. Did this for some 50 times.
Found that there are four situations for me to try RK.
1. Hold RK to drop erection. With 100% erection it is quite tough for me to hold full RK. I can manage front RK with 100% erection. Erection swells up then drops slowly. Need more work on full RK with erection. 2/10
2. Hold RK then stimulate. Holding an RK is ok. But as soon as stimulation begins, RK loses strength and IK takes over. Score 1/10
3. Hold RK without stopping stimulation. Really tough for me to apply or hold an RK with continuous stimulation because with stimulation underway an powerful IK is already active. And my baby RK can't overcome that big IK daddy! LOL. Score 0/10
4. Punch RK right in the face of PONR. Well.. I couldn't try it. Actually in the face of PONR I fumble. Score -1/10
Overall score : 2/40 L-O-L
Erect RK is definitely going to be a part of my future edgings.

Day 21
Was a bit low today. Foot pain re-appeared from nowhere. Had to dial down the routine.
Did Hindi squat : 12min x 5 + 10min + 5min = 1 hour 15 min total.
Child pose : x
Frog pose : x
Pigeon pose : x
Happy Baby pose : 5min x 3 = 15 min

Do you really spend an hour and half on stretching stuff? You are killing your body and knees. And everyday abs and some body workouts? Are you aiming to go for Olympics? Tokyo 2020 or Paris 2024?

After stretching my lower body for months I can now stay in hindi squat position for 4min without door frame.
Thank you for taking this hindi squat exersice to the extremity. Please report back if/when you got some result from this exersice. I now can focus more time and energy to other exersices because hindi squat is too much pain in the ass for me. I bought a massage gun couple days ago. Im going to fuck the shit out of my perineum! Lets see what happen.

Now I think I can convincingly aim for some (customized) Olympics. LOL.
On a serious note, your are right about the "killing your body and knees" bit. All these yoga, stretches and exercises I find quite hard to cope with. I think I'll ultimately get accustomed to it after a few months. Do I have any choice? After all it's going to be a life-long affair.
One and a half hour PF stretch may sound a lot. But I am doing these in short sessions (5-10min) throughout the day. Like I do Child Pose and Frog Pose at night just before sleep. Pigeon post in morning. Happy Baby pose in morning and evening/night. Hindi squat throughout the day.

I have no plan to do Hindi squat to the extreme. Neither do I have that kind of ability. Frankly speaking I can't even say that I have mastered Hindi squat as yet.
My target is to do Hindi squat for 30min at a stretch and that too in fully comfortable and relaxed manner. I don't want to feel any pain after doing a 30min continuous Hindi squat. Now I feel pain after just 5min. So I'm light-years behind reaching my target. LOL.
As regards getting any results, apart from Hindi squat I also do a lot of other stretches and exercises as part of the routine. I've been doing them for 3 weeks now. I'm not satisfied with what I feel there down in my PF. I think it would take 3-6 months to see some results. Whenever I see anything positive I'll definitely let you all know.
Your massage gun thing seems interesting. I really pray it may solve your problem.
You kept up your fight against PreE untiringly for so long! It has always been rather inspiring for me. Keep it up.
