    I had two more sessions yesterday both at 20 minute intervals. first one I used no stretching before hand and second one I did. Highly sensitive throughout but I managed to keep my arousal levels at a 7 or below. The second one I released, had to..but I eased in to it, making it a gradual event. Ive noticed that when you control your arousal levels and reach orgasm when you decide it feels 100 times better.

    Arousal is interesting. I was thinking about the mechanisms of arousal and it seems like people get aroused at different rates, some people it takes a lot to become heavily aroused while others it's easy. I know for me I get aroused easily, I can jump from a 1 to 8 in about 5 seconds.

    Pain tolerance is subjective as well, everyone has a different pain tolerance, but our body recognizes pain at the same threshold, mine is high. but it wasn't always that way, I built my tolerance through putting myself through pain and teaching my self to deal with it. So I feel like arousal tolerance can be taught as well by deciding not to be so easily aroused.
    Im hoping I can teach myself to control my arousal levels by deciding to be confident about it, or overriding the system.
    "Ok, this is nice but I can definitely handle more" type of attitude, and believe it. you can believe it by repeating it over and over. Natural tendencies will surely want to overrun but you persist in the attitude until it becomes natural.

    multiple sessions STU

    Decide on what the goal is and release. Better results come when you aren't trying to force a result. the key is to decide on the attitude of your goal but be present in the moment.

    15 minutes of STU today and I had more control than ive ever had, I decided to let go and just relax in to the session I was able to control my response.
    Increase meditation, and presence.
