Ok, here is the thing. I usually reach PONR very quickly after penetration during piv. If I stop right after I am in wait a bit then again start slowly.. an so on, in about 15-20 min I am reaching some kind of plateau and can go for a long time. What do you do when u use start stop?, when I feel like shooting my load, I pull out, start giving her oral or Start fingering her untill I feel ready to go and I repeat. After 2-3 times, just like you I can go as long as I want.
This way she still gets her action, and u can get ready for the next few minutes

Wirh the cock ring I just stop all movements when I feel I approach PONR, usually staying inside her, if I feel IK becoming out of control I push hard RK.
For me personally this thingie is doing wonders and I am now able to relax and enjoy sex.
