    My short story, have livelong PE, tried everything, numbing cream, srri, etc.. I can last 15-30 seconds max.

    I really wanted to change it by myself, without the help of creams or meds. Willing to give it a try, else I'll maybe have to go back to them.

    I started workout at home, so I squat, deadlift, lunges, etc.. But I notice that I'm a very stiff man. So maybe 1 thing that could cause my PE.

    Now i started doing Hindi squat, for my own squat experience but also for stretching my pelvic. I started doing them 2 minutes daily, than I get sore. Notice lot's of tension there. How long should I aim of doing them?

    Than also started doing kegels. Long holds + short squeezes. I find them standing much easier than lying down, is that normal? But I also notice 2 different one. I could squeeze more at my anus, and I could squeeze more near my balls. Which ones should I do? Or maybe locate it in the middle? I put my finger between my balls and anus, and I can really feel it contracting and moving. Also when I have an erection I can squeeze very hard and make my penis wiggle. So I know it's the right muscle.

    That brings me to reverse kegels. If i put my fingers on the same place, I can't feel any movement of pushing. So I'm wondering if I'm doing them right? When I'm peeing I tried pushing my pee out, but than it's more a muscle right behind my balls. Is that the muscle I need? But still when I place my finger there, I really don't feel a moving muscle.. What can I do to get better at reverse kegels?

    Next thing I do is I edge with lube, to make it more realistic. I try to take 15 minutes of edging. Problem is with the lube once I touch my glans I find it really hard not to cum. First time I can make it to 2-3 minutes. Than I let it go down and repeat. But all the time after that I can only get to 30 seconds before the urge comes to finish. So in those 15 minutes I slow down 6-7 times but I only masturbate for about 5-6 minutes.. Should I keep continuing and see if I can make it longer? Should I rest more in between? Should I ditch the lube? And should I always cum or only after a couple of edging sessions?

    Really want to make a change, but it's so demotivating. Even the edging sessions which makes me cum so fast. If I can't progress during edging session, how will I ever progress during real life sex. I know I will never get to 15 minutes pounding, but if i can make it to 2-3 minutes pounding I'll be a very happy man.

    Start a progress thread .
    Go to the must read stickies for several detailed explanations of rk .
    I would start doing more stretches given the lack of flexibility there is a thread in the must read stickies .
