Would be of great help if you could post your posture pictures in this thread! I think I have the same as you (thought I had ATP, but might actually be swayback). Is it possible to have Swayback and ATP at the same time because it really looks like it.. Will post a thread tomorrow.

Yeah sitting definitely had something to do with it. Dry Edged today and had nice control until I decided to let loose around the 10 minute mark. Watched some nice porn during it. Didn’t really hit a PONR until the end but if I felt that I was coming close to it I would just really focus on relaxing my pf and maybe Rk a bit. Next time I edge I’m probably going to try lotion and see how I’ve progressed since then.
And obviously need to keep training for sure

Only thing I can recommend for my swayback guys right now (other than being consistent with their training programs obviously) is try doing hip hinges throughout the day. They help me keep my hips back all day. Make sure you hinge with the hips and not with the lower back.

So before edging the other night that popped in my head and I wanted to do my own little experiment. Now, I only did this experiment because I am pretty progressed in fixing my imbalances. Been working for a few months now and have seen clear results. Can relax my pf and keep it relaxed much easier now.
What I did was while edging when I felt my pelvic floor tighten up a little bit, I gave a small spasm kegel and then right afterwards relaxed my pelvic floor. AGAIN: I am able to now relax my pelvic floor much easier with just my mind now (so no RK or RK type movement a lot of times). So I did this small spasm kegel very quickly and then let that pf relax. Like a release. And to my surprise, it actually relaxed way better than a regular RK has ever done for me. Like I was easily able to keep going.
This was my first time doing it so I'll have to keep experimenting with it. But I'm hoping it's a little trick that can help make me last longer during sex. It really did work
BE CAREFUL: If you are not progressed in your training and have a hard time relaxing your pf without a RK/RK type movement then I'm not sure this would work. And as we all know, kegels can be detrimental when your pelvis is all messed up. So I'm thinking trying to do this with still a messed up pelvis can be detrimental. The reason I did it because I know my imbalances and that fixing them will help so a little kegel probably wouldn't be harmful.
If you want to try this out, by all means go for it. Just don't be upset if it doesn't work because you probably just need to fix your imbalances more.
Alright guys wanna give a little update because something different did happen and I need a bit of advice. So since my last post I've been partying, not training, not even ejaculating, no sleep at all, just doing damaging stuff to the body. Last night I decided to edge and man did it go absolutely horrible. I could barely get it up, and when it would kinda get up I would just get the urge to cum and hit the PONR. Finally I just said fuck it and let loose and said whatever, I'm coming off a bender and my journey is definitely not over yet so I'll take it as an L.
Went to the gym today, had a killer workout, came home showered and chilled for a bit. Decided to edge. Again, this time was going horrible. Could barely get it up to some nice porn and when I did kinda get it up I would get the urge to cum. I kept playing around and kept changing stuff and nothing would work. Finally, I went back into some old homemade videos that I know would get me going and after a little bit finally got it fully hard. Now once it was fully hard I was good. Felt in control (was dry edging), maybe had to stop to relax myself a few times but that was expected. Pf was feeling tight a little bit but my posture and imbalances definitely aren't fixed 100% so that was normal.
When I'd switch back to the porn, I'd get ED lol. So I just kept with the homemade videos.
So here's what I'm wondering:
1. My insane last 5 days caused a bit of ED. And ED -> PreE in some cases especially with my imbalances (right?).
2. The kegels I was doing to relax my pf ended up doing harm and that's what triggered my PreE
3. Or maybe both?
I'm done with kegels to try and relax my pf. I just need to focus on keeping the pf relaxed the way I did it before. Kinda blows that after intense partying my PreE comes back (but maybe it was just the kegels?). I really don't know. ED doesn't cause PreE in all situations right?
I'll keep everyone updated. Definitely worrisome (I was literally sweating when edging the second time) but the only thing keeping my going is that I've seen success and also I was able to get in the groove of things during my last edging session.
Any thoughts/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I think that your body is just tired and therefore not performing optimal, would give it some time to recover and then see where you are again.
As for the ED, something I noticed myself is that if I IK to get hard I get to PONR as soon as i'm fully hard so see for yourself if this is the case. If I get an eraction slowly without any IK's than I tent to last a little longer. Maybe because you did some kegels lately your body did IK while getting hard resulting in the PreE much faster.
I'm not sure if ED problems occur after just 5 days, its just your body being tired and therefore ED might occur would not stress to much about it.
Everyone has a weakness, yours probably is alcohol and I mean 4 days of partying?!! I wonder who wouldn't. Mine is cold, even these days very cold temperature gives problems in erections.
