    Yeah I definitely think it was related to ED somehow. Like I said, tons of partying, not eating, no sleeping, all that good stuff lol. Was a big weekend over here.

    As for the ED, something I noticed myself is that if I IK to get hard I get to PONR as soon as i'm fully hard so see for yourself if this is the case. If I get an eraction slowly without any IK's than I tent to last a little longer. Maybe because you did some kegels lately your body did IK while getting hard resulting in the PreE much faster.
    Yes this is exactly what happened to me. I just need to focus on not doing any form of IK or K for now at all. I'm sure things will return back to normal. Was just very weird that it was very hard to get hard I don't think I've had that problem or maybe I have I just wanted to bust the nut. Will certainly keep this in mind.

    Not going to force myself to edge anymore. Only going to masturbate when horny. This is what I was doing but I wanted to test it out two nights ago and obviously failed. Just need to make this as natural as possible

    Also, I bought some concentrated beets powder. Going to keep taking it for a little while with my morning preworkout. Plus I love the taste. Going to also get some amazing sleep tonight. I'll keep everyone posted.

    Pretty big update here:

    So I'm guessing from all that partying I kind of crashed my testosterone a bit. I got some zinc, magnesium, and other supplements to help that. Will definitely be making some better choices. I'm sure this has happened before I've just usually had a real girl which would get me up but at the time being I've only got porn which just isnt cutting it. I've been feeling a lot better energy wise so when I feel good to edge I'll give it another shot. Lesson learned: sleep and diet play a huge role in everything. I wasn't just drinking alcohol either so that played into the role for sure.

    Anyways, I've been messaging Anthony and sent him more progress pictures and what he told me was actually amazing. Turns out (and this is basically his words) that the left side of my body is weaker than my right. This in turn makes my pelvis lean left and my upper torso lean right. This wreaks havoc on my psoas and makes my body all sorts of confused. Holy shit! So I found this out and then I obviously need more development in my glutes.

    Now, how to solve this? So I can either see a physio that is knowledgeable on this type of imbalance and how the ankle plays a role. Or...

    I can both workout and stretch my left psoas (one week strengthen one week stretch) while isolating left VMO and left adductor a few times a week.

    Right now I dont really have a solid physio I can go to for a little bit so I'm taking option number 2 and seeing if that improves. If it hasnt improved in about 6 weeks I'll start looking into a physio.

    For anyone reading this: When you take a posture picture please include the front and back of your body. This is huge and this imbalance is very important to address if there is a big difference like there was with me.

    In summary:

    1. Diet cleanup
    2. Zinc, magnesium, etc.
    3. Good sleep
    4. More Glutes
    5. Addressing that right/left imbalance

    Well guys just edged and it went amazing. Dry edging too so more friction than with lube. Had to focus on keeping it relaxed more than usual but coming off of what I just went through I'm not upset. Great EQ, all that for 10 minutes. Maybe hit a little bit of a PONR around the 4 minute mark but at this point I just relax my pelvic floor with my mind, stop a little bit if I have to, and then I can keep going no problem

    I still don't think I'm going to be trying that little kegel trick for some time. It seems like the main thing that was wrong was my ED. Not sure to be honest. Just gonna keep going through the motions like I have been.

    Some updates:

    As it has been, dry edging and taking like 10 minutes before I even feel any sort of PONR is normal now. To anything. Photos, porn, etc. So I would say that's a pretty good sign and at this point I barely think about PreE. I haven't been having as much sex and I'll definitely need to practice that but the last couple times that I did something with a chick I was a bit drunk and it either took a bit to get up or I just couldve gone for as long as I wanted to. Sex still does kind of scare me a bit but at this point if I have a bad round I'm just either going to go again or tell the girl I'm sorry I do that sometimes. As long as I know that I've made serious progress, I am okay with that.

    I would say that the biggest thing that I'm accepting/learning now is that focusing on personality and real connections instead of sex is much better anyways. I wouldn't want a girl that got pissed off if I came early, no matter how hot she was. However, this is easy to say now because I've seen serious progress. Back then, that wouldn't have even been a thought that crossed my mind lol.

    As for my imbalances they're obviously still there. I've been hammering glutes hardcore. Also have been isolating my left VMO and adductor. It has only been a week so obviously won't be seeing any progress yet. I think what I've seen the most progress on is my rolled shoulders in the past week or two.

    Now here is something big that I've noticed: I tend to stand as if I'm balancing on one foot. I notice it all the time now and fix it. Like I'll just constantly be shifting my weight to one hip while standing in the shower, standing in the gym, etc. So definitely am going to keep that in mind from now on. Not sure if this is the reason for my body being weaker on one side than the other but it seems to make sense since these imbalances come from the foot.

    I'll be keeping everyone posted as much as possible. For now I don't think my posts will be as frequent as they once were but I'll always be here to help if someone wants to shoot me a message or something like that.

    Keep working hard everyone. This can be fixed. May not be some pornstar level sex like all of our brains have been fucked with here. But thats the beauty of this journey. Is that realization right there.

    Got some exciting updates. Had sex about 4 times recently. For the first time in my life I was actually complimented for my stamina. That is how well it all went.

    Now, there was some alcohol involved on a few of those occasions but I had unlimited control. Multiple positions, smashing as hard as I wanted to, talking dirty, all that. And my ability to relax my pelvic floor by taking a deep breath and stopping is very good as well. I wasn’t even completely trashed just had a little buzz.

    On one of the completely sober occasions we even had solid shower sex for about 5-10 minutes. I had to stop a few times because it was actually getting to me because of how great it was, but she certainly didn’t mind and thought it was great.

    I’m not letting my guard down though. Still need more training and yes I have been going hard with it 5 days a week in the gym. Also, in the next couple weeks I will be going to a physio to take a look at my feet and ankles for any of the issues that Anthony has been bringing up. I think my physical issues developed from improper weight lifting and standing/sitting with poor posture but seeing a physio can’t hurt. Just gotta find one that knows what they’re talking about when it comes to supination/pronation.

    what they’re talking about when it comes to supination/pronation
    It is just clear your left and right are significantly different. Never said it is hundred percent pronation/supination mechanism, it can be that, can be from the thoracic imbalance (when body can turn around its axis more in one direction than the other) or something else. A good physio is a great idea anyway so you fix it for good forever.
    I had to stop a few times
    You'll learn to slow down in a way which is less tangible for your girl by time no problem with slowing down sometimes.

    Yup will definitely be seeing a physio within the next month at most to see if it’s any of those issues. Really don’t want to regress in any way.

    At this point it feels like I’m re-learning sex almost. Now that I can control it, I’m beginning to learn little tricks and notice things as well. Girls really don’t care if you have to stop a few times at all. I’ve just been saying something like “woo definitely gotta slow down here a little” and they’ll just laugh or something. I love it that sex is becoming much more enjoyable

    My balance right now is horrific. Closing my eyes and standing on one leg I can only go a few seconds. Not sure if that's related to any imbalances but it's worth making a note. Going to call a physio first thing tomorrow

    When i went to the physio to get a few things checked, he said I had generally decent hip mobility, but that my hip muscles were very weak and that I needed to strengthen them. My balance was also terrible. Could this be the case with you too?

    Could be! I mean right now I know I have poor hip mobility. It has gotten a lot better, but as Anthony has mentioned there are a lot of deeper things that could be going on that is either attempting to reverse my progress or hindering any progress (or both!). My leg hip is definitely more immobile than my right one.

    I’ll keep everyone posted on what they say. That left/right imbalance that i have is definitely of a concern. Fortunately with the knowledge I have now I can also pick the physio’s brain a bit and ask exactly what needs to be fixed.
