Good luck! I'm going to see a male pelvic floor specialist in 2 weeks, this guy mentions pre-e in relation to pelvic floor dysfunction, and he also specialises in sports rehab. So hopefully this means he will have good knowledge of muscle imbalances and properly identify my issues. last time i tried to see a pro about this, they just told me to do the stop start technique...

Found out that my left foot is over-pronated and that’s causing some imbalance issues. My pelvis is also tipped to one side and that’s a problem as well. Haven’t gone to the physio yet but my appointment is soon. Will be getting more specifics on that. My trainer in the mean time has changed my routine a bit to help fix the pelvis tipping to one side issue. It was the first day and I kind of zoned out so I don’t have specifics but I’ll be updating everyone here.
As for sex, it has been going phenomenal. Last night had sex twice. Both times lasted like 15-20 minutes in almost every position imaginable. My stamina is now being complimented almost every time.
Still more work to do. At this point to me it’s not even about lasting longer and more about having as healthy of a body as possible. Crazy the insight that this journey has brought.
If you guys know ur imbalances and are doing stuff and not seeing improvements after some time you are probably doing something wrong. See a physio and/or hit the gym hard. In my opinion these soft home workouts aren’t the real deal. You need to hit the weights and hit them hard

1. Did you need to do RK during sex?
2. Did you do RK exersice outside of sex?
3. Do you think RK is no needed at all after having "perfect" posture and "all" muscle imbalanced?
I have so many unsuccessful sex exprience with RK during sex & outside of sex. I dont want do things that doesn't work before over and over again. Im not sure should I give an RK exersices a one more change. I want your opinion.5/2019 Start: 5,2" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG

Dont get me wrong. Im now 100% focusing on muscle imbalance. Just wondering should I add RK also.

1. Nope not really. I guess the mechanism of doing a RK could be helpful to me during sex but at this time I don’t use it.
2. Nope. My body just naturally RK’s now at all times

I feel like I am doing an RK 24/7 without any effort at all now. Before, if I focused on my pelvic floor I would notice it was tensing up and doing a kegel. Now, it feels like my pelvic floor has “dropped” so there is no more tensing up.
I wouldn’t really focus on RK’s at all right now if I were you. They can help, but for stubborn cases of PreE like yours and mine it’s not going to make a difference. Youll need to properly fix your imbalances first and then worry about the RK’s

I remember those days I needed to keep an RK during sex, sex was more of an ab workout and breathing marathon
Saying that, keeping the PF neutral in sex for any level of body is required and need something, which is kind of RK but also just try to avoid Ks. When your PF reach that level (which needs your whole body reach that level) You'll easily realize how PF can be kept relaxed and how every time you thrust the PF doesn't become active.

Yes exactly this. Keeping my pf neutral is just done with my mind now. I can control it for the most part unless I really need to stop (which is normal) and when I stop I can relax my pf with my mind and then keep going. It’s a bit hard to explain but similar to relaxing any other muscle in your body.
Before I was completely unable to do this as my pf was super tense during sex no matter what.
And then also, there are little tricks too that I can use now to last longer that I was completely unable to do before. May sound silly, but stuff like doing math problems in my head or something like that especially in doggy style. Just helps prolong it without removing the fun lol.

Something I've noticed lately. Not sure if this is because i've been eating a lot of red beet powder (for nitric oxide) or what but my libido has been through the roof. EQ like 9/10, waking up with super strong erections, even with edging (I guess just masturbating you could call it now) I can do it once or twice a day and still get random erections afterwards. It feels like I'm in 8th grade again.
Perhaps this is just simply due to a healthy pelvis. Either way, I feel fantastic. Still have been able to go for 20-30 minutes if I want to with like a beer or two in me. Even when I'm sober I have solid timing. Could probably do 20-30 minutes sober but the girl when she's sober typically doesn't care to go that long lol.
I've been doing variations in my lifts to address that slight tip to one side of the pelvis. My trainer told me that it has definitely improved from the first pictures I took however long ago.
What do you mean with test...
