    Well man do I have good news for you. Your posture looked just like mine when I first started! Meaning there’s a reason why you have PreE and there is a fix for it. Please post a link to the picture here for everyone to see. It’s definitely swayback. I’m not a pro which is why I want others to see and comment. I’m going to be posting my ENTIRE routine very soon as soon as I can get to a computer and type efficiently.

    So here’s something that I learned today while training:

    The pelvis kind of mimics the rib cage. If you have a fucked up pelvis (like I believe all of us do) then your rib cage has issues too. And what is the rib cage responsible for: breathing!

    Bad breathing brings a whole host of issues. Anxiety, depression, depersonalization, inability to relax, etc. I have very shallow breathing. But am working on it!

    Also, I heard that belly breathing is bull shit. Just focus on expanding that rib cage

    So haven’t been feeling that abdominal pressure at all lately since focusing on rib cage breathing. So that’s good. Have done a really good job at not focusing on the state of my pelvic floor and just living in the moment. Not thinking about my sexual issues.

    Had sex today. At first, it didn’t look like it was going to go well. She hopped on, and at first she was a little dry which instantly triggered that pelvic floor tightness. My anxiety skyrocketed. But then after some breathing and her reassuring it was going to be okay we started getting in the groove of things and it went well. She came after like 2 minutes and after that I let loose too because fuck it. We were trying to be quiet because there were other people around so that contributed to the anxiety.

    I didn’t have total control at all so I wouldn’t call this a success. But it has led me to realize that that initial minute is crucial in determining how the sex will be. I really don’t have that natural thought process yet because of all my past sexual experiences. Sex still makes me anxious because I’m worried about busting too quick. I’m going to also do a soft RK from now on when things start heating up to help.

    I’m expecting that continuing to fix my rounded shoulders, forward neck, swayback, and improving hip mobility in general is going to help make these situations easier to handle. I’m not proud of myself, but it’s certainly a good sign that I was able to calm it down and keep the ship sailing. Makes me realize that even upon entry if I feel the PreE coming it’s not the end of the world and hopefully I can start tackling that situation from the get go.

    Taking a few days off from training and enjoying life with friends and family next few days. Definitely will be having some drunk sex which honestly hasn’t always made things last longer for me. We’ll see!

    Had sex a few times today. First one was early in the morning and again my PreE was there. But, I told her to go slow like we did when I made the last post and I was able to feel my pf relax and go for a minute or two. I can literally feel my pf begin to flex when I feel that PONR. I'm thinking that a lot of friction really fucks with my dick and pelvic floor and makes it tighten up. I notice with lube and a wet vagina I can go a lot longer now.

    Anyways, it's nice that I was able to feel the relaxation of the pelvic floor while my dick was in there. I just need to somehow get past the first two minutes and then I'm good. My swayback and pelvis are definitely not fixed as I can see in the mirror so again I'm just going to keep training.

    We did two rounds after. 0 PreE in both of those rounds but they were quick after each other. The second round I couldnt even really cum. She came in both round 2 and 3 so that was a plus. From now on during this journey if I bust too quick I'm just going to wipe it off and hit the second round. My libido is insanely high right now and my ability to get hard is insanely good. Like better than it ever has been. I'm pretty sure that's from fixing this fucked up pelvis. Now it's time to just start getting consistent with this lasting long issue.

    Also, been receiving lot of posture pics of people with PreE. Every single one of them had messed up posture. Maybe that's saying something!

    So from now on I'm only going to be dry edging. I last a lot less longer when there is friction on my dick so I'm going to train to deal with those situations. Dry edged last night and it went okay. Was harder to control but only had to stop once or twice.

    Today I had probably the worst edging session I've had in months. Hitting the PONR within 2.5mins and after a bit just let loose. It's like I was hitting the PONR before my dick was even getting hard. I literally busted a nut while my EQ was like a 5. Very odd.

    Again, if I look in the mirror my swayback is still there and I can still shift my pelvis to where it should be in the mirror. I haven't worked out in a few days, laid around a lot, and my body does feel out of wack. I'm going to try to begin standing with my hips shifted back which is where it should be. Right now if I relax it goes "forwards" and my lower stomach sticks out past my chest. So I guess it's a good thing because I obviously need more fixing.

    Anyone else feel that dry edging is more difficult than wet edging?

    Side note that I just remembered: Today's awful edging was done shortly after taking a shit. I didn't even think that this could have an effect on things. Could it?

    Last thing for the day: Maintaining good posture throughout the day is very important. I will now be making sure my hips are shifted back whenever I think about it. This will hopefully help speed up progress.

    Alright so shifting my hips back has proven to be huge for solving this. This whole time when standing for a while i've been shifting my hips forward into swayback which i now realize is probably the actual reason for that pressure in my anus. Been pushing my hips back into perfect posture the past day and it feels like my pelvic floor isnt even there. Completely relaxed. What my theory is is that when training and after, my pelvis is shifted back naturally which is why that pressure was relieved down there.

    After walking around and doing day to day activities, Ive been then accidentally pushing it forward into swayback because that's just been what I've been used to all my life.

    So last night I put this to the test. Did dry edging and while edging I pushed my hips back. Was able to literally go as hard as I can, watch the nicest porn, and then after 10 minutes just released. Perfect edging session in my opinion. My trainer gave a solid explanation for why this is happening and it has something to do with the sacrum. A little exercise I'll be adding are hip hinges which will help keep my hips back.

    What do you mean by shifting your hips back? Do you mean out of Anterior pelvic tilt? I've read a ton of threads mentioning fixing APT was their biggest factor.
    PS. Going to DM you a pic of my posture if you could please let me know if I've got the same as you (feel free to post here for analysis)

    I have swayback with rounded shoulders and forward head. Not APT. Shifting back as in pushing my hips back to make my pelvis align with my head. If you look at a picture of swayback, the pelvis is almost in front of the head.

    What I neglected to do is along with the workouts, maintain perfect posture as well (which includes shifting the hips back). I naturally tend to shift them forward, like a teenager “giving attitude” if that makes sense

    Little update: had a dry edging session last night. Went amazingly well. All I had to do was simply focus on relaxing my pf. No RKs, no clenching my abs, no nothing. Just simply was aware of my pf and it stayed relaxed. Kept my breathing under control too. I guess that’s how long sex is supposed to feel. Really amazing stuff

    Posterior pelvic tilt? Or it's level, not tilted, but just more forward than it should be?
