Little update: Yeah standing this way is definitely what needed to be done. Shifting hips back is key during my recovery. My tendency to stand with sway back has definitely held me back. Have edged twice since last update, dry edging, watching some nice ass porn and have been able to consistently go hard with only having to chill once or twice in 10 mins. Also worth mentioning, I've tried edging with lotion and man was it easy. Like can go as hard as I want for 15 minutes and have complete control. I think that's a good sign. Now that I seem to have this dry edging a little under control, I can't wait to try some sex. My biggest issue i'm thinking is when this chick tries to shove it in when shes still dry and we don't have lube. She gets wet a bit after but shoving it in dry definitely causes some IK's.
Whenever I do need to stop I've been trying something where I fill my stomach with air and push out. Seems to relax my pf. Definitely a little trick I can use during sex. I'll try it out.
Will be having a good bit of sex in the next coming days. I'll consider myself cured when I can hit it 10 times in a row without any PreE. 5+ minutes is what I'm looking for each time. Doing hip hinges has helped keep my hips back by the way.
Little side note: pushing my hips back has given me a bit of neck pain. I'm sure that's related to the forward head. I still have that pretty bad.
Last: Guys expect a routine to be an hour of hard work each day. That's what's really going to cure this. One hour or more of solid lifting in the gym. We have to go hard to cure this shit
What muscle are you using for shifting your hips back? I only need to use middle back muscle to straigthening my back semi hard then my hips shifting back automatically. It will strain my middle back muscle very fast but I feel good from it. Im not sure is this the correct way for shifting the hips.
Im going to tryi hips hinges soon.
yeah I think that's what I'm doing is using my middle back to push. And yes it kinda hurts my lower middle back but I also feel pretty good so yes I would say this is the correct way to shift the hips. This video helped me figure out how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Pa0...ature=youtu.be
It's basically shifting the hips out of swayback and into the original position.
Soon, this will be completely natural with more training! And yeah the hip hinges just help me stay in that position.
I am very happy you found this.
Assume that your pen falls own on the ground, a general pattern for you to pick it up is bending the knee a bit and round the whole back and neck and trying to pick it up by also extending the arms.
However, the natural pattern for the body are either to squat down or hinge the hips and keep the upper back and neck straight in line.
Another point to have in mind is that, this happens sometimes because there is tightness in either calves or shin, or the multifidus is weak and loose all over the spine. Or just a habit and wrong pattern.
Thanks! Figuring this out was definitely necessary and so far so good. Haven’t tried real sex yet but I know it’s a step in the right direction.
And yup thats exactly how I would pick something up off the ground. Exactly like that. Ill start being more conscious of those situations.
I know I have extremely tight calves and shins. When I used to run they’d sometimes lock up and when I foam roll them they’re sore after. I’ll ask about the multifidus too. It’s also gotta be a bit of a bad habit as I can recall standing like that especially after long periods of standing up.
My theory is that maybe the reason why on Mondays after a long weekend id see a loss of results because when going out/drinking over the weekend I would 100% be standing in this position. It seems as though after a workout my hips are shifted back almost naturally and then soon after they shift forward again due to habit
Just a theory. But it sounds reasonable. Looking forward to more progress!
Got a blow job yesterday and it was literally hard to cum.
Had sex last night and it was unreal. There was some alcohol involved but I lasted about 30 minutes. Cowgirl, reverse cowgirl, and after she came I smashed that shit from behind and it still took a while.
To make things better, this chick wanted to have sex like 4 times today and they were all spaced out nicely. So nothing right after the other.
First time we had sex made her cum and then I made myself cum. So definitely a success there and was in full control. Missionary had her legs up in the air and went to town at high speed.
Second, third, and fourth rounds went about the same. Full control and what I noticed most is when I felt my arousal start to go up I would simply focus on relaxing my pf and breathing and it would work. It’s getting easier!
My erection quality, libido, and lasting time are all amazing right now. Keeping these hips shifted back out of swayback has really worked. Now going to keep working at it until my body is just naturally like that
This was very excited read! Im happy for your success!
I was also thinking to focus on hip shifted back lately. It is easy but not practical especially when using computer or eating because I have short hands and long back.
Sex wise and edging wise, nothing knew. Same stuff. Can last 10+ minutes with edging both dry and with lube without reaching a PONR and going fast. Got a blowjob and had to force myself to cum.
Something that I've noticed since lifting with my hips back and walking around is that my upper middle back kind of hurts. Had this feeling when doing goblet squats and pushing my hips back. Also, I'm getting a pain right in the lower back of my neck. I'm assuming it's just some sort of compensation but if someone could explain this to me that'd be great. I still have to obviously force myself to stand with my hips in correct position so some muscles are probably just not there yet.
