    Hi Guys,
    Thanks to everyone for making time for this amazing forum, I have learned so much lurking here. This may be a little long and I apologize.
    I have had PE since my first sexual experiences as a teenager. I never masturbated hurriedly or secretively or anything, in fact I rarely masturbated as a teen. Porn came in paper form back then so I don't think that is it either. When I was 18 I met my wife, she left me 8 months ago after 20 years of marriage.
    I have a high sex drive, we would on average have sex maybe once a week but I would masturbate every 2 days at least. Always to porn, but nothing too serious, usually just pictures. Our sex was not bad, we had to compensate for my PE by going slow etc but she always came. I never reflected on myself until now, the classic post relationship self reflection haha.

    During the 8 months I have been voraciously consuming the content of this forum and started right away practicing edging and no porn. I actually went 60 days with no anything, my testosterone must have dried up or something because I wasn't fantasizing, dreaming etc. It actually felt nice and was much needed. Obviously as people have stated over and over that did nothing for my PE.
    What has helped, at least in the solo department, is the classic slowing down, RKs, lube, STU, stretching, squats etc. I already eat like a dietician and am very physically fit. Whenever my penis is erect, any touch triggers the little jump, as so many have described here. For me, RKs do not stop the IKs. I have actually done a few experiments being the science minded guy I am. What I have found is that for me at least, that nothing stops the IKs. I have tried banging out 2 loads in a row, as one would with a fresh exciting new woman (not my wife of 20 for sure), and was surprised to find the IKs were still exactly the same but of course as with all second loads I could last much much longer. Excessive alcohol also did not subside the IKs but did lend to a market improvement as usual. Weed, in all its forms (I am canadian) also improves staying power but not the IKs.

    So to the big thing that happened yesterday. I had a new friend over after a couple of dates and I was extremely nervous. I would say I manifest my nervousness entirely in my PF, even for a job interview or the likes. So even with us just chatting and eating lunch my PF felt like a brick. I had little tiny quivers throughout the day. Anyway, we're both just fresh off the marriages and being open and honest is great so we both agreed to take it slow and make out which eased my performance anxiety. Eventually she leaves after lots of grinding and moaning (which my ex never did so it was especially exciting). Psychologically I felt like I would have blown in 5 seconds given the chance but interestingly I was not hard during the session. After she left I thought I best take care of this. So I started going at it and could hardly get hard. Just for science I upped my arousal by watching some porn. Finally after like 5 minutes I was hard and there were no IKs at all, not a single one. I spanked it for a good 30 min with porn and had total control, in fact I could hardly get to PONR. So I went at it until I almost hit PONR and put it away. That night I did it again. Same thing, I had a hard time getting hard and really had to go at it, used porn too. I busted what felt like a mountain of desire after a good 40 min. During the time I was experimenting with RKs and they were working like magic. So this morning I wake up and I think okay let's go again. Same thing happened, and I though wtf I'll cum again and see what happens and it was the most powerful load of my life. It took immense effort to make this happen. My erection quality was quite low until about half way through these sessions.
    The only thing I can think is that some massive amount of my brain's own chemicals dosed me in something that fixed me right up and now I wonder how long it will last haha. Has anyone else ever experienced anything similar? I am losing my mind here.

    Wow, that is a lot of text.

    A lot of us here on the 'Gym need bifocals to even start to read. If you were to break this up into paragraphs and add some spacing for easier reference, you'd get more repsonse.

    You’re in for a journey! I’m not too big on the loss of erection quality in order to last longer. To me (and this is just my opinion and from my experiences) that’s what strictly focusing on RKs does. lowers EQ but will make you last longer.

    At first I thought this was fine until a sexual partner of mine told me she definitely notices the difference and would rather have my dick harder than me last longer.

    Any muscular imbalances that you’re aware of? How’s the posture

    Thanks for the responses guys. Sorry for all the text. I can sum up my progress over the last 6 months very quickly because I have a boring story. Basically once I received the STU, I started using it and found it difficult to last as many people do at first. However after a week I basically got to the point where I could last 25 min no problem. I would do this about 3 times a week and never got a lot better, 25 min is also a long time so I was happy with that. My routine was RKs in between lifts during my morning workouts every second day. I ejaculated once a week. No porn ever. I do squats anyway, and doorway leg stretches. That's it, for 6 months.

    However, the IKs were still there for this whole period. And on top of that I could cum whenever I wanted when masturbating with a simple flex. Now 2 weeks ago my dick started working very strangely. No IKs when masturbating. And the feeling was dulled a lot. It is either my brain pumping me full of some drug or there is a muscle down there all tensed up. My posture is fine, I definitely had a strong kegel before and tensed that area like many people on here. I stopped flexing it consciously whenever possible.

    So now I am getting intimate with this woman and she is a firecracker. My old dick would have served me better actually because she cums very easily and often. So when she is blowing me I am having to squeeze my PC for dear life to feel much. I don't think it is DE because it happened instantly. I do feel this droning weight in my pelvic floor that I suspect is the cause. It might just take more time to relax.

    I have a friend who told that when he was younger and nervous he could last forever and it wasn't even fun. I found it funny because I always had the opposite problem. He's coming over today so I am going to ask him. The one huge silver lining here is that clearly things we do to our dicks can have a market effect on our performance.
