    Hello,

    Yesterday I posted that my balls would get very tight and reach PONR really quickly.

    I decided to do RK yesterday night and I instantly noticed the difference. I did not reach that PONR so quickly and was able to enjoy masturbating for a while.

    I will continue RK only for a while and continue practicing edging, probably with lube only and no porn or photos for a while. Possibly slowly lay off the RK and keep it equal or just about equal - I've read that Kegels make stronger erections so I dont want to go overboard with RK.

    Yesterday I did notice that when I finally did reach PONR I had some precum involuntarily but decided to try to lightly do a kegel and RK and I can even see myself one day practicing MMO but first I'll work on masturbating for about 30 mins then i'll practice whatever else.



    The way I was doing the Kegels was a very light RK. I wasn't pushing it hard but letting my balls drop. No specific routine just holding it lightly for a while, while I watched some TV. Then i'll hold for 5-10 seconds and continue doing that. No counting just doing them a bit.


    I'm going to give it a break today but pick it up tomorrow.

    I have PRE-E but has improved a lot. As you mentioned RK’s are great and make sure to do them while belly breathing. On the inhale you can rk and then continue to exhale or even do rk on inhale and light of move (beginning of kegerator) on the exhale (during sex just do to on inhale). It is easier to learn rk and breathing while in some yoga poses like Hindi squr(of not flexible enough easier legs on wall), child pose. To counter that You can do normal squats (you practice kegel there). Also working your abs and core makes it easier to hold rk at different positions such as missionary.

    I recently learned most important factor in PRE-E is posture imbalance or tight hips. Make sure you correct any posture issue and do some hip except codes such as frog pose, pigeon pose, butterfly pose.

    I am able to last long if I stand by the bed and partner in any position. I just hold a light rk (much easier for me standing and foot on the ground) and in posterior pelvis tilt form and try not to stay deep and have 2-3 inch movement (don’t take out the penis completely). My worst position is missionary because I can’t rk (planks and core excercises have helped) and also tight hips maybe a problem as well (frog, pigeon, Hindi squats, butterfly poses).

    Another think that helps is you can rl by spreading butt cheeks (manually stopping ik’s before they can happen). I can easily go faster while standing if I spread my butt cheeks (in doggie your partner won’t even see). You can also do the same by practicing while spreading butt cheeks and then sit and perform rk (even bette rid of you sit on two yoga blocks and have butt cheeks spread and sit bones one on each yoga block and then rk.

    The believe by learning to belly breathing regularly and rk while fixing posture PRE-E would be fixed with most people.

    hi, how effective is this exersice is when doing it outside of sex?

    I have spread my butt cheeks and sit on it for 10 hour straight while travelling but didn`t have any result in real sex.

    what do you think of having this kind of thong all day everyday?

    This makes it easier to rk and belly breath. If you belly breath the whole 10 hours and get used to belly breathing all the time, then I am sure it will help with loosening your PF. You can sit in Hindi squat position but with support of yoga block and next to a wall for back support (one under each butt cheeck and spread).

    In sex, I can easily feel while holding both butt cheeks spread that I am manually stopping My PF from tensing.

    You can also try tennis ball while in Hindi squat position instead of yoga blocks (breathing is the key with Rk).
