Hey,
I’ve been lurking and learning here for a while and thought it’s finally time to make a record. I’m determined that this is the year to finally crack it!
Reading the posts on here has taught me so much about my body and a checklist of my issues.
I have quit porn for about 50 days now. Without a doubt it caused me problems - possibly where it all started but hard to tell.
I think I started too young. I would often browse for an hour or two barely touching myself - right on the edge - but if I started stroking at regular speed I’d cum within 20 seconds.
I started having sex at 19. It took me a while to realise I had a problem as alcohol masked it. Then it became a crutch when I knew it allowed me to pretend to be ‘normal’ and last as long as I needed to.
I’ve quit drinking now too. Sober I’m lucky to last a minute without changing position constantly.
For the past year or so I have been experimenting with stretches, ballooning, kegels/reverse kegels, glans squeezing. This has all made me very aware of how I react - my sensitive spots that make me IK and the tension I get in my pelvic floor when aroused.
But all my solo efforts fly out the window when I have sex. Arousal takes over, my pelvic floor is tight and it is very hard to relax it.
I’m in a long term relationship (both 32) but we have never properly discussed this. I guess because I’ve always ‘got by’ with her. I think it’s important I open that up.
I also have issues with my back, posture, tight ham strings - probably APT (Join the club!) . EDIT - I've just uploaded an album of my posture:
https://www.pegym.com/forums/members/fastplan-albums-posture-apt.html
I had great results using Pau Neung Tong balm. It felt incredible having sober sex with full sensitivity but I knew I didn’t want to rely on it. But it showed me how simple it was that if those signals aren’t sent to my pelvic floor and that muscle doesn’t spasm then I won’t cum.
Now it’s time to get to that state naturally!
So from here I will report back when i can. My main focus being to continue working on my pelvic balance and learning to keep calm to translate these techniques to the bedroom (the breathing technique posted by train4love feels very promising.)
Sorry if that’s a long load of nothing! I just need a start point.
Thanks
fp

Post a posture pic if possible.
If you do have APT you’ll want to fix that first

Thanks for looking. I did think my pelvis more likely tilts the other way (PPT?).
I have had lower back issues from sitting in office chair all day. Osteopath said I’m always in a slight sitting position with knees slightly bent. (Not bowed though, to answer other question)
I struggle to touch my toes and have what feels like very tight hamstrings.
Would you think that physical problems aren’t my issue though?

I do believe\ these pics could have been posted on this thread without an album since you are not naked, LOL.
Check out the Hot Guys thread, your pics are rated G.A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

You are in PPT position. However, glutial complex is weak as well, general weakness. That lack of arch suggests overloaded tight hamstring.
Just a probable guess,
Lack of general hip power compared to skeleton, in particular in hip flexors, VMO and glutes has made the body to utilize the poor hamstring and it has got you in to that slight sway back with ppt. I think you may have good ab structure which are fighting the issue and have reduced the sway back on top part of the body.
Any knee problem? pain stuff?

Thanks so much for your thoughts, what you say makes a lot of sense.
I do get occasional knee pain- a weakness in my left knee sometimes if running (though I have done close to zero exercise for over a year now!), also a burning pain on the side of my right knee when stretching. Both of these pains are quite rare though, but familiar when they happen.
The small of my back is the most delicate area where I have a slight herniated disk. This only gives me real problems every few years but it feels a bit like my body is carefully carrying glass around sometimes.
