I (20M) definitely have a tight pelvic floor from poor masturbation habits for a over 5 years growing up. Ive quit the porn and started on nofap about a month ago. I won't be edging until ima few months in.
The thing is I realized just how tight my pelvic floor was. I keep doing involuntary kegels when i wake up or roll over or move around. Even lightly touching my dick causes IKs. If I get hard then I automatically do IKs even there any slight stimulation.
I cant seem to get completely hard without kegeling (ive used kegels constantly to get hard during the porn years). EQ level stay at 7. The EQ is definitely affected by the porn so I'm sure that'll improve.
How bad is my situation and how can I undo the damage to last longer (my goal is to last 30 min) and have healthier, stronger erections?
What should a healthy erection feel like in regards to kegeling? (are you supposed to kegel a little to get/stay hard?)
