How to prevent friction/swollen during death grip

New to death grip, introducing it to my routine a little. I’m aware of the issues it can cause.

I just had a question if people can give advice on how to prevent foreskin from feeling sore or little swollen day after? It was my first time doing this, does it basically just take time for the penis to get use to that kind of pressure/tightness?

I wouldn’t death grip that sounds damaging. Find ur imbalances and address them
