Partner on period and no sex for the past three days. Lots of PE exercise bundle stretch, edge, pump, jelq, clamp and cum at end of every session (usually 1.5 hr and always porn).

Not much exercise past two weeks (prior to that did workout everyday before vacation). I have been sitting in hindi squat couple of hours while work and Most of it on a tennis ball at the same time and do rk breathing. I also do Y lajin almost every night and some core workout. Planning to work out more and fix my posture when standing and sitting.
