    Hey gents, it's time for another log. I hesitated to make one, but I think it's necessary to track my progress. I got pre-e about a year ago, after I went 3 months without sex or masturbation/porn. I'm still not sure why it happened, but I hooked up with a girl and came after I got a bj (second round was still good) but it's been consistent and constant ever since. I think I'm gonna take a break from sex for awhile and see where this goes.

    I've been doing a stretching/edging routine for about a week now, it consists of
    -2x 5 min hindi squats
    -2x 5 min child/dog pose
    -15 min edging sessions (should add I have a FL, but I think I'm too sensitive to use it. I IK bad after ~30 sec. Went back to hand with lube) I try to only finish once every 3 or 4 days.
    -RK/belly breathing whenever I feel tense, which is pretty often.

    I believe the IK I have is the biggest factor, when I squeeze/rub the end of my penis it's uncontrollable, and I get them throughout masturbation in general. My plan is pretty basic, would like to hear any suggestions or changes to add.

    Did a 20 min edging session, added some visual stimulation throughout. Did not finish. Had to slow/stop 7(?) mins in, 3 times total.

    Completed all stretches. PF did not seem too tense, was relatively stress free today. Did a heavy workout, will most likely do core tomorrow.

      Didn't sleep well. Low energy all day, had a hard time maintaining an erection but still did a 15 min session, finished at the end. Reached PONR around 10 mins in, RK'd and slowed down.

      Had lots of pf spasms throughout the day, tried to fight them off with RK's

      Did all stretches, felt very relaxed. Managed to squeeze in a workout and cardio in the evening.

        I did a 20 min session after I got home from work. Thoroughly enjoyed it, slowed down twice. Didn't reach PONR this session. Didn't finish. It may be placebo but I think the tip of my penis is starting to desensitize a little, I didn't IK as often or as hard if I squeezed it.

        Did hindi squats, skipped child/dog as my shoulder was giving me issues. Didn't workout, did my cardio.

          You say you first got pre-e a year ago. Were you fine before that to last as long as you liked?

          Also curious to know what made you give up porn/sex for 3 months.

            Went for a 20 min session this evening, went pretty well. Came close to PONR around 6 min in. Slowed down and kept going. I RK'd during and I noticed a tiny drip of precum came out, not sure if that's normal or not but I was pushing pretty hard.

            I may need to work on arousal too, watching certain types of porn seems to shoot my arousal through the roof as I usually look at photos or short videos.

            Did hindi squats and child pose, skipped dog pose.

              I'm not really sure, I never had issues with sex or blowjobs which confuses me. If I had to guess I was between 5-10 mins. As for the nofap thing, my friends talked me into it over the summer. Apparently we were all jerking too much/porn addicts.

                Did a 25 min session. Reached PONR around 15 mins in, had to stop. Did not finish.

                Did a heavy core workout, as well as cardio after dinner

                Did all stretches today, held some Rk's throughout the day, although I wanted to do them consistently I still find holding them for long periods is a little tiresome.

                  Hmmm, APT trend. Without full legs (to the toes) in the pic, hard to understand why you're in APT, but it is obvious you have it. A similar characteristics here for people dealing with PreE.

                    Did a 30 min session today, didn't reach PONR. Didn't finish.

                    Weather was terrible so I only got 30 mins of cardio in. Did all stretches.

                    After this session I got a weird feeling in my right testicle, feels like I twisted it or something. Doesn't hurt though.

                        Did a 15 min session, finished today. Had some bad IK's I tried to fight off but I ended up slowing/stopping before reaching PONR.

                        Did heavy workout, also completed cardio.

                        Did all stretches. My weird ball pain persisted today, also I had some pelvis pain flare up too, not sure what I did/pulled.

                          Happy fathers day everybody. I ended today with a 25 min session. I reached PONR 15~ mins in, and again at the end, so I stopped. Been using some visual stimulation throughout the sessions.

                          Did a heavy workout, did lots of cardio since I likely won't be able to tomorrow if the weather is consistent.

                          Did all stretches. Thankfully both I had pains subsided in the morning, so no worries there.

                            Yes, glutes + thoracic spine and shoulders issue. Glutes are weak, so you have somewhat of APT. Probably can be fixed quickly as knees neither gone into hyperextension nor bended position. Good halluces structure, so cardio is no issue. I don't see any issues with abs, but train them because hey, they are abs, always good.

                            When the shoulders round, it creates a curve in thoracic spine region which doesn't let chest to anteriorly tilt, which results in inability of the hip and neck to posteriorly tilt and your glutes (sometimes hamstrings) become somewhat inactive. You need to address the rounded shoulders. Face pulls, superman ... are good.

                            So work on rounded shoulders, and glutes and you probably are going to see results in a few months.

                              Oh and I need to add also try to control the PF, because your body suggests you should not have a few seconds PreE issue. You need to remember the normal stuff like breathing calmly, always try to nor K during sex and not much anxiety etc. If you are lasting for seconds only (considering you have ejaculated within a day or two), there could be maybe some being inexperienced involved too there.
