Hello guys! How's everyone doing?
I'd like to share my PE success story for you all! Now I suffered from PE....for around...well I could say 3 years as I had sex for the first time 3 years ago two times. Both these times I came almost instantly. One stroke then BAM. I was gone...I never got to see that girl again for obvious reasons (Impatient bitch :P)
However, years later...3 years of jacking off to online porn all day...I meet a girl...we get together...and of course my sexual confidence was TINY...thinking I was a complete loser from previous experience I actually came in my pants after taking pff her top :S -
Then another day I managed to actually stick it in....and I came instantly too...and the next time...and the next time....
SHIT! What was I gonna do? I thought there was no hope...and I'd be one of those people never able to enjoy sex....ever!
I already knew about kegels and how they worked and I did them now and again but not consistently and properly. But basically after ONE week of consistent kegels daily I am now able to go for around 10/15 mins and have minor control over ejaculation...my sexual confidence has increased and gets better by the day! it's fantastic!
My kegels routine is as follows:
around 100 quick clenches to warm up and get blood flow around the area
then tense the muscle 50% for about 20 seconds on 10 seconds off around 10 times
THEN clench as HARD as you can for 30 seconds...and do around 10 sets of this!
One thing you must remember when tensing as hard as possible...I used to think that tensing 50% was as good as a 100% clench but you can tense alot more. Really make it as TIGHT as possible...and breathe...you'll know you're doing it right because you get very tired and out of breathe (because its a small muscle you rarely use)
Well that pretty much sums it up and I hope this will help others suffering from PE. I know it's tough but when there's a will there's a way!Happy Kegelling!

great job with this one!!! keep it! you must recommend this to those who have PE problems, this might help them a lot... if it worked for you, for sure it will do them good.

While you don't appear to suffer from unconcious kegals, I still suggest you include reverse kegals in your routine.

Ah don't get me wrong Pegasus! I do suffer from unconscious Kegels even now still...It's something I'm working on, I haven't actually started a reverse kegel routine yet though. However I have a questions...guys who can naturally last for a "decent" amount of time in bed...do they just naturally have a stronger PC muscle?

I think its more of a state of relaxation/no tension. If your all uptight your unconsciously kegeling. This is just my experience.

Guys who are not only strong but balanced in that strength seem to have great natural stamina. Read the thread to understand.
Guys who are too yang/tensed have pe and guys who are too yin/relaxed have delayed ejaculation.

My story is quite the opposite. I always used to be able to last as long as I wanted. Was really proud of that. But then when I started doing kegels,I couldn't even get passed two minutes. It was really embarrassing.

Ok my thread implications was created for guys like you. My theory, is that imbalance in the pelvic floor muscles causes tension and spasm in those muscles causing premature issues. Guys with natural balance seem to have great natural endurance. If you did kegals without doing reverse you could have throw your balance out. The solution is reverse kegals.
