Hey guys, I know many people are doing reverse kegels to help have better control mostly to help Pre Ejac, or thats what it was for me. I had some small results but nothing to brag about. we're talking like 1 min to 2 mins. I've varied alot. some days I can last max of like 5 minutes, some days its literally 30 seconds. Its embarassing with my girlfriend especially if i cum and then cum again in 2 minutes. Plus i feel she is unsatisfied.
SO ANYWAYS,
I have been reading A LOT lately about hypnosis and effects on the subconscious mind and how EXTREMELY powerful it is. There are many cds out about "rewiring" your brain through hypnosis to gain the control and act on your subconscious to help with PE. It makes sense because I know for me my problems started from always being rushed to masturbate so i didnt get caught by my parents. It is now hardwired into my subconscious the process by which to orgasm. Many of the hypnosis cds out there claim to rid your old habits by replacing them in your subconscious with new ones. Also about being more consciously aware of your own body to mind connection while having sex. There are many testimonials and I believe that it makes a lot of sense. No matter how much you kegel or reverse kegel, the mind can overpower it.
I just got a 2 cd course by wendi friesen that is 5 sessions and is supposed to regain control. Some claim from going from 2 mins to having complete control of when they want to finish even up to an hour and a half. I just got it tonight so I wanted to see what the interest is here and I will report back my findings. basically you listen to the audio every day while relaxing and thats it. some people have reported impressive results in days, and almost all have good results in 3 weeks max. I feel I am a good average example of PE because I normally last 1-3 mins during sex and get embarrassed. If this works it could help many of us going through the same problem. If it works for me it should work for most of you too. and the best news is once your subconscious is renewed and your brain is "rewired" you dont have to listen to the cds ever again. just enjoy the new youi have very high hopes for this so i hope it works

Start another thread please. I find it hard to believe you have given the methods in this forum proper trial,but if you find something that works for you fine.

Intergrate reverse into your kegel routine. At this time ,I recomend 30% reverse for a person with no premature issues or spasming. This would rise to 40- 50% in a fairly mild case such as yours b.

I dunno if this will be helpful at all to anyone but I have something to add. Before I learned about kegels and reverse kegels, I was just your average guy who would orgasm at the luck of the draw (No control). I then learned about reverse kegels and the affects they could potentially have on spasms or involuntary kegels. I practiced this for 1 day basically and felt that I knew everything that i needed to know to control myself.
I tried this new technique solo at first and was able to literally beat my dick like it owed me money for 3 hours while highly aroused, holding a reverse kegel for the full duration. I thought this might be a fluke so I tried it over and over and succeeded in holding back orgasm each time for as long as I wanted.
Still I thought this could only work while solo so I called up a few girlsto test my new skills, (they had no idea of course) And what do you know, I can fuck like a champ for as long as I want, which is great because I can last as long as I need to get them off.
Btw I don't do regular kegels, I find them totally useless personally. And I can spend that time doing something else like stretching or something, and like discussed here, the fatigue of kegels is not something I want at all.
Soooo, I am someone who does 100% reverse kegels and premature ejaculation is 100% not possible for me at this time. I have 100% control, I can ejaculate in 3 minutes or 4 hours, its up to me and I find that empowering, and the ladies surely enjoy it. Just my 2 cents.
Lol oh btw for those who might be wondering.. yes I hold a reverse kegel the WHOLE time and sex for me is great, I have full body orgasms and don't get fatigued at all.

Yeah I figured that, I honestly don't care if people believe me or not
I'm happy with it. I mainly posted it to let people know that it is possible. Of course there is no need to hold it exactly 100% without taking a rest. I am totally aware of any spasms so I don't need to hold it, I can simply let off and push as needed. Or at least, take a breather here and there.
But you are totally right Pirate so... If anyone thinks I'm a total liar and want to flame me, please do so in a PM.
*Edit* I have actually been working on total relaxation ( You can feel your thighs kinda being tickled) as well and have found it pretty awesome. That is just training my body to not flex or spasm at all, I can feel this internally.
