    Sorry to post 3 in a row.

    I expect plenty of factors could have led to what I've written below. Perhaps I was just not very aroused today. In any case, I'm now pretty sure that RKs help, but perhaps the confidence boost I got from them in this specific instance is clouding the issue and it isn't fair evidence in favour of this thread's theory. Thoughts on the following? Not exactly off-topic so I thought I'd post it here.

    Very unusually, I just found that in the shower I was actually able to keep away from PONR and even reduce EQ seemingly at will by maintaining a fairly strong RK, beginning before or as I started stimulation. This was a surprise as last night when I applied a strong RK at the PONR I shot over the edge and straight into ejaculation. Anyway, in the shower I didn't find it too hard to keep the 'squeeze' of an RK up for a quite a while (so I guess I can believe that something like Bringer's claim is possible) and when I stopped RKing it was actually to recover some EQ, which I achieved with the help of some regular kegeling. One way or another I was able to keep my arousal and EQ very low. Normally my EQ is too high to control! This time it was too low to make anything of - though definitely significantly more than a semi - but the point is that a combination of focus, deep breathing (which is becoming increasingly natural) and RKing meant that it stayed too low despite nearly continuous stimulation. Nothing too slow - it certainly wasn't that far away from the speed of a pacy blowjob. I suppose I could see this as progress of a fashion - I maintained quite a firm RK and EQ gradually deteriorated even when it started very high. I was expecting the standard stampede towards the PONR but it never came (and neither did I ). Instead I felt a bit of tension build, and I got nervous, but then it just seemed to dissipate. I can't think how it could be a physical and not a psychological phenomenon, but I still think it wouldn't have happened if I'd been doing a regular kegel or nothing at all. Finally, I felt girthier but somehow shorter than normal while holding the continuous RK. Bizarre. Any reason this might be the case?

    seconded. Interesting enough for me to sign up instead of lurking. Not going to say too much here of introduce myself with a story yet since it's kind of like introducing yourself in the middle of someone else's conversation, just wanted to say hi, and thanks, this is the first potential PE solution I've read that actually feels like it makes sense and might just work.

    I have not been kegeling at all this month.
    I'm starting up again when I start up my PE routine in January.
    I'm going to go with a reverse kegel only routine to see what it does to my stamina and MMO ability. Why not?

    I got bad results with a reverse only routine but remember I do not have premature issues. I am very interested in the effect various % has on guys with premature issues.

    peg what bad results did u get im curious?. if u havent got prem ejac doing rk would make delay ejac for you? i have pre ejac n i was going to do 75% rk n 25% normal kegals and dome some edging.

    Hmm interesting, tried it and it really is so. Gonna update it in my list.

    By the way, when holding a reverse kegel, try to make it medium to light not medium to strong, just enough to prevent the flexing i think this might help. If is all about fine tunning

    what were the results like? I suffer from severe PE so I was thinking of doing a RK only regimen.
