    Yes, but they still happen. More often when I'm just masturbating. While edging they don't happen nearly as often. I think it is a focus thing.

    Ok ,so Downlow and WMP seem to be in balance ,but WMP appears to be moving towards an excess of yang, possibly from doing kegals without reverse. Of course the solution in such a mild case is to add some reverse. Np has had an excess of yang ,which appears to have been aided by 50% reverse.
    Pirate and I are interesting as we have a tendancy towards Yin (delayed ejaculation), I notice Pirate has reduced his reverse from 50% to 35%, as he continues his quest towards full mmo. With a tendancy towards excess yin ,I was doing over 50% reverse and this did seem to cause issues, which have disappeared since I increased kegals.

    This is all very interesting. I just started PE recently but I've known for awhile that I do many unconscious kegels during sex and it doesn't allow me to last as long. Trying to remember back to the beginning days of masturbating I don't remember kegeling as much or finishing as quickly. I think larrypinball was definitely onto something when he said the psycological aspect of feeling rushed to finish whether you're masturbating in private and don't want people to know, or trying not to get caught doing something with a girl. I definitely think that over the years of masturbating I starting finishing faster. And perhaps after your mind gets used to trying to finish quickly thats just the way it stays even as you get older and move from masturbating to oral and sex. Maybe the people who have more control currently didn't feel rushed as often when they were first starting out. In my household you had limited alone time so a lot of time it had to be rushed, but I'm sure given more time and privacy when I first started out I may have enjoyed the feelings more instead of just trying to climax. So do you guys think it's possible that your first year or two of masturbating and sex kind of set up how your body reacts from then on? ex: if you try and force yourself when you first start out, after awhile your mind just subconsciously always trys to finish fast. and only recently people have started discovering you can regain control of those muscles so you can decide when you finish.

    This cutting edge discussion/theory ,suggests that experiences and native tendancy cause physical imbalance, within the muscles of the pelvic floor. Further it suggests exercise methods to correct this imbalance.

    It appears, that guys with balance have great natural stamina, like wmp and downlow. Imbalance may cause premature ejaculation or delayed ejaculation, depending on type.

    Not at all Pegasus, i find this topic pretty fascinating, and i think theres definitely some substance to it. I reckon the yin/yang analogy addresses it well. I'm just looking forward to getting with an actual woman again, so i can test out how far i've come with the K's and R/K's!

    I just started so I am going to continue just kegeling for a month or so just to help strengthen my PCs and become aware of how to control them a little better, then I am definitely going to try and incorporate reverse kegels because it seems many people become more balanced and in control. But well done pegasus, it definitely seems as if someone is a quick shooter reverse kegels could be the answer to their problem, hopefully I'll find out in a few months

    Now that you mention it, yes, I think they have decreased for me. Actually, I think the only unconscious kegels that I experience these days are when I pass PONR.
    I have been working the kegels pretty hard the last few weeks and I can feel the fatigue. This is break week for me, so it will be a good time for me to pay attention.

    Exitement = anxiety = spasm = premaure ejalcualtion. BC/PC muscle are skeletal muscles and can be relaxed if they get proper nutrition. Calcium and magneseium may help with those anoying spasms.

    I'm of the belief that the PC muscle can either contract or relax and an imbalance could be related to early sexual experiences. For instance, masturbation as a teenager while contracting the muscles. Perhaps this can cause long term muscle by training the muscle to always be tight and contracted. Teaching the muscle (muscle memory) that it needs to be contracted.

    Also, our society if very focuses and goal driven. Lots of yang as Pegasus says. This also contributes. Additionally, I think people who have had a sexual trauma are tight and have a very difficult time relaxing. This portion, mental, may be more difficult to overcome than merely training the muscles incorrectly in our youth.

    On one thing we can be relatively certain, PC muscle control plays a huge role in sexual enjoyment and stamina. Personally, I believe excess tightness (e.g. muscle contraction) prevents sexual energy from moving out of your dick/balls into the rest of your body. This in turn makes it much more difficult to control your ejaculation and reduces stamina.

    My personal experience has been focused (ha ha) on yin and relaxation. I find my PC is almost always tight, even during the work day. I'm not clear on the reason but I am clear that I don't like the effect of that. I have recently added 50% reverse kegel to my routine. Also, at various points during the day I stop and consciously relax - at the least each time I go the bathroom I do this.
