I would like to know would it be more effective to do erect kegels to become a m.o.m or flaccid kegels? I ask this because i can hold a kegel longer flaccid than erect. Ive been doing flaccid kegels for a week and ive been gettin very hard erections. I now would want to start my path to become m.o.m. Any tips?
