The second one is the anterior pelvic tilt, although in this picture it is exaggerated, it is usually followed by rounding of the shoulders (kyphosis).
As for cold showers they help with PremE (at least that is their effect on me) mostly form the psychological standpoint because after a cold shower my thinking is much sharper i have no negative thoughts and I feel more in tune with my body very similar to how I feel after meditation. The best way to actually see the effects is to try it out, simply start with warm water and gradually decrease as much as you can, and every next time you shower decrease warm water more. Some go cold right away, but I don't like to shock my system too much. Developing the pelvic floor routine levels for DO guide was a long process mostly based around experience with the pelvic floor exercises and their effect, but while that might be enough as some guideline for pelvic floor routines it isn't complete until many other valid considerations are implemented, one of those are the rest days, this is even more important because pelvic floor muscles that are of interest to us (pc,bc,ic) are skeletal. In this post I will try and list most of the recommendations for improving the pelvic floor routine, and other suggestions are of course welcome and encouraged, as well as other things that come to mind.
In this article it is shown that exercising the skeletal muscles twice every second day is better training once daily when it comes to an actual exhaustion, this somewhat helps in determining the rest days.
The other bad side of the pelvic floor routine in the DO guide is that (as some members noticed) it takes an increasing amount of time in doing this exercises, so other goal is to optimize higher levels of the routine so that they can satisfy the same requirement by taking less time, this is certainly doable it only takes time in finding an optimal way.
While the idea of the *.5 sublevels is good for cementing the progress it becomes problematic for the time considerations and should be handled differently, however I still have no idea how to implement that for the time being.
The importance of root locks and reverse root locks, from my experience both are not crucial in the building of the pelvic floor balance as much as they are in the isolation 0.2 and 0.3 sublevels contain the most useful of those, while the later ones are more focused on strength and quality, so one of the optimizations might be the exlusion of those in the later levels, however I need to go trough the optimized routine myself to really evaluate that.
One of the ideas is to have specific days focusing on the specific areas. If we take the "twice every second day" schedule starting monday we have 3 days, with no work on weekend, within that we have two ways of doing things either easier exercises in the first half of the day (since it is two times a day) and then the harder later in the day, or having a isolation, strength and some other themed exercises per day, this also is left to be seen.
The other thing that this routine really lacks is the pelvic floor specific stretches and posture corrections, while many exercises are posture specific there are some that should and could be done regardless of the way the pelvic floor is tilted. I am certain that the progress of balancing the pelvic floor can be more than speed up with a careful implementation of such exercises (maybe even to be done on the off days.)
With that more clever use of the reverse motions should be implemented so the exercises bring more benefits (will consult more on this matter with imac).

Cold shower works for me specially if the girl moves like a shaker like yesterday hehe, happily I am getting hard my glands again.

Today I tried edging in cold shower. I did not plan to do this at all but I ended up doing it. I first edged till I was hard (about 80%) then I entered the shower and started to shower with warm (but not cold water) and continued edging. I slowly decreased the temperature until I was showering with cold water all the time edging. To my surprise my erection didn't subside but even grew stronger. I then finished showering got out and ejaculated.
I am unsure if this is actually a good idea since it is stressful for the body although I didn't feel any different then I usually do after either ejaculation or a cold shower, just wanted to put my observation about it here.

Today I will write about pelvic floor awareness and how to become better at it with a very simple idea.
The idea is to pick an hour of the day or week where you are at home an have some decent privacy, during that hour you will take off everything from the waist down (you can keep the socks) and go about your day like that for an hour. This seems simple but if you are somewhat like me you probably avoid getting even partially naked most of the time.
For some of you this will be misinterpreted by your brain as the beginning of some session so you might be rewarded with a spontaneous erection, however it is a good idea to let it go. The reason I just written about taking of only the clothes from the waist down is because the upper cloths will now brush agains your body in a different way constantly reminding you to pay attention to the pelvic area. The idea is also to spend most of the time standing rather than sitting or lying down since the focus on the pelvic floor itself will be better.
While this doesn't do anything much but raise the awareness for some this will be very awkward and liberating later on and that is the main idea.
Taking off all the clothes will also give benefits later on since it allows you to get to know your body trough a way that is not fully sexual, because we have so much clothes on us during the day we are used to percieve that as our skin, at least that is the problem I have. Also some of you (including me at some point, but much less now) will be downright ashamed of they own body or the lack of atractiveness and this is a problem that is one of the components that is the basis of your premature ejaculation, so it is go to go.
Nobody asks of you to run naked down the street but if you can't be naked in the privacy of your own home of a certain span of time and feel normal about it there is some problem, and I am talking form a personal experience since when it comes to the body i am very shy and at one point I was ashamed because my body looked pretty undesirable even for me, but as the time passed and I started exercising even though my body did not change much my perception and acceptance of my body did and that helped me allot later on when it comes to premature ejaculation. Accepting one's body fully and honestly is a very hard task, even in the high arousal situations.
This is maybe gross but last night I had a 45 minute highly sensual session with such amounts of pleasure that I though I was going insane (or blow some fuse) and not being able to contain the desire I ejaculated all over the place, one "shot" nearly hit me in the face and I just laid down on the bed while being naked and just embraced the pleasure. Before I would be angry that I made a mess and I would also become extremely self conscious about my body and turn an otherwise a mind blowing session into a chore, also before I would rush to get clothed while now I just don't care, and there was sperm everywhere (i haven't had a session in about two weeks) This is a big step for me in the right direction and one of those moments that I actually understood that premature ejaculation is not just a local occurrence or a local problem it is a way of life, a way of life that must be changed if I am to ever see myself as a person who doesn't have a premature ejaculation problem.
Here are also two ways you can condition your glans so that they are still sensitive but not oversensitive. One of those is to always pull the foreskin or just the skin all the way back and never let it come back while erected and "idle" (meaning when you are making a small pause or change the position be sure to pull the foreskin all the way back), I can achieve this by somewhat fitting it in behind the glans. The other way is to get your penis as erect as it can be then apply lots of lube and edge, you will notice that the EQ is even better, at that point focus full on the glans by touching or stroking or pressing, as the lube wears down you will start to feel slightly uncomfortable but try and continue to touch stroke or press only your glans until they are nearly dry. If you are not unable to go all the way try to progress more the next session. Many thing that the sensitivity (the good kind) will drop as you get used to touching your glans with dry hands and such but the truth is that it just mostly eliminates the "bad" sensitivity that many are not even able to tell apart at first.
These are all very simple ideas but while it might not help many extremely I am certain that at least one more person will find this very useful.

An odd thing happened to me this morning.
This morning when I was close to PONR I decided to experiment and observe a little by palpating my glans using a lubricant so that I can see which areas drive me most over egde, during the process I became very sensitive and with the fact that I was very near PONR I was always a wrong touch away from ejaculating. In that moment I noticed that if I just gently press on the area just bellow the urethra opening on the tip of the penis (on the underside where frenulum is) I would become even more sensitive and just about to ejaculate, but as there was no other stimulation and I over the time learned how to somewhat avoid ejaculating by relaxing my pelvic floor muscles as much as I can I ended up constantly having that "just about to ejaculate" feeling which as you may know is very pleasurable but also intense, and all that from a gentle touch. As I increased the preassure so did the urge and the pleasure increased so that I had to be very careful not to go over the edge I remained like this for a few minutes trying to somewhat get used to the feeling. In the future I plan to dedicate at least 2-5 minutes to doing just this and truing to get used to that intense feeling and see how will this improve my overall pleasure and performance.
The actual odd thing that happen was after this discovery of just how sensitive that spot is for me when I decided to stimulate other areas of my glans with lubricant to see how will my body respond and now at the other side of the urethra opening (so basically on the tip of my penis but on the upside where the smooth surface of the glans is) in noticed a rather odd feeling of urgency as I continued to stimulate that are with lube in a somewhat circural pattern.
As I continued this the odd somewhat uneasy feeling almost completely different than the one when I stimulated the frenulum occured and I decided to see it to the end because I felt like I was about to ejaculate. To my surprise insted of ejaculation what came out what urine while my penis was fully erect. At first I thought that this was just an oddity but then I noticed that neither my arousal now my erection subsided and after some edging I decided to try and stimulate the area again only to again urinate, after that I finally decided to ejaculate and got a pretty strong orgasm (my edging orgasms are usually strong, but this was somewhat more pronounced it is kind of difficult to describe).
I am still unsure why would a need to urinate be triggered from stimulating the upper portion of the glans and what could that mean. So for those that are taking the time to read this I would be grateful if they would test the same thing and see how they react. What you need to do is get near PONR so that your penis can be as erect as it can be then apply a mild amount of lube on your finger or your palm and with a circular motion stimulate the area just above the urethra opening (the pee hole) as long as you can and see if this happens to you.

Is learning to relax the muscles to avoid ejaculation a concious decision, or just one you have learned automatically from all the edging practice? This is something I am currently trying to learn to do at the new high levels of pleasure I have recently discovered during my realisation that I rush to PONR. At lower arousal, I find RK can be a relaxation, but at this higher level it pushes me even closer to PONR. I figure I must learn to relax while performing no pelvic floor movements at all.
Just to clarify where we need to stimulate, is it above the urethra as in towards the frenulun, or towards the main part of the glans, or actually on the urethra? Also, is it just gentle rubbing, or is there any squeezing involved?

For me it is only gentle making circles on the top of my glans. As for the clarification it is towards the upper/main part of the glans but near the opening so it is not on the meatus itself, basically the part of the glans you can see when looking down and your penis is parallel to the ground.
As for avoiding the ejaculation, it will come somewhat naturally over time, you will just know how to relax, the thing is that you have to be in a very controlled environment (edging) in order to pull this off somewhat consistently.Last edited by Minuteman; 10-26-2013 at 10:30 AM.

Thank you for the feedback. Now I just need to figure why some are affected by it and why some are not and is it connected to the type of premE it just might be another of the causes or symptoms. I was busy lately so I didn't have the time (not the will, I rarely force edging). Maybe it is because I used saliva as a lubricant during the edging.
