This morning i started with my routine, but when i started to do the sync kegel edging my body (or better yet my pennis ) lost interest so i stopped, no need to force anything.
Anyway yesterday i go my hand on a nice book about MMO. It is called "How to make love all night" by Barbara Keesling.
It is a good short book about MMO that more or less touches upon the same things that we have here. It is a good motivational tool and also have some good exercises that i plan to incorporate in my mmo training. While i already achieved what this book is about (mostly) i found some interesting things that i didn't notice before.
First of all in the book she makes a difference between arousal level and erection level, the difference that I didn't notice (like i didn't notice the fact that orgasm and ejaculation where to different processes).
But one of the most interesting things and the good pathway to more enjoyment and ultimately RO is the Plateau, or the ability to maintain your arousal on a fixed level, so if i master the ability to maintain my arousal at the lover levels in time i will master the ability to maintain my arousal at PONR. Since the feeling at the PONR is usually the most pleasurable, by "stretching" the plateau i might go into RO.
One more good point that this book is making is that people tend to rush to the PONR thinking that only there is where the pleasure lies. I'm probably now in that group and i should fix that in times to come. The book mentions Sensate Focus and explains in depth why is it important, it can be viewed as a form of balooning but it is a little more sophisticated than that. It also recommend focusing on not off your pleasures.
In the end the book notes that it is ment to teach you how to mmo, but only the first steps (i.e dry orgasm then orgasm) the rest is up to individual. And for the purpose that is ment it does just fine. Book is around 80 pages long so there are no unnecessary stuff, and almost all that i read there applied more or less to me. Just to say i'm alive.
So far no new things, the DO's are progressing good, but I noticed that if i don't DO at least one in 3 days i lose the feeling of how should i do it, not only that but my body returns to the state where it thinks that i ejaculated with my DO. Not having a steady relationship does not help. Sweet irony of all i shat my premature ejaculation is acutally helping me get the hang of it quite fast even if the break is longer since i take much less time bo come to ponr, but overall longer time than when i started this all.
Today (for now) i DOed 3-4 times, i will probably DO a few times more. I was close to RO today but didn't make it at least now i'm not that much bothered with RO, but i'm aware that it is myself that is stopping me from having RO. The problem is of course limited time, it puts pressure on me. The first weeks that i started this where not overburdened with everything else, so i had much time for myself by myself, thanks to that i was able to progress this much. Now i simply don't have time to take it slow, and taking it slow is usually the best way. So now i'm only concentrating on keeping my DOs and doing some kegels. I simply haven't got enough time and privacy to start working on my plateau and arousement levels.
I noticed also that it is much better to do kegels when erect and not to do as much when limp simply because it brings better results. I can clench my pelvic floor muscles much more when erect than when limp. Of course I tend to do both.
I more or less gave up on revese kegles beacuse they didn't give as much results. At some points doing reverse kegles at ponr would activate the ejaculation part. Simply regular kegels are more natural while revese kegles somehow feel wrong, and one should listen to his body. That is it for now.

It sounds like you are making very good progress with your DOs. Perhaps setting aside the Reverse Kegels for a while is a good idea though you will probably want to try them again later. They are excellent for control development.

joeboy: It is, or better yet it was until I learned how to make my disadvantage an advantage. The book i posted up there might help you. It is important to have your pace, and even if it sounds too cliche, one of the most important thing is to love yourself and enjoy the process not just the goal. Even now, sometimes, i re-read my posts for motivation.
Ok now time for the update.
Later that night (the day i posted the last message here) i got some free time with no pressure, so i decided to pleasure myself (this is making much more sense to me now than before, in other words i was not pleasuring my dick, but my self and my dick as the part of myself).
The room was dark and cold but i was in bed. I started to caress myself gently all over my body, not focusing much on the penis, just focusing on the pleasure, i started to imagine things, create a story a setting to get me in the mood. I usually don't do such things but i decided to do it because i felt that i need something like that. I focused on feeling with all of my body not just my penis. I focused on the blankets (they are very soft to the touch) touching my body, on the caresses and on the emotion.
Because of the all of the DOs that day i was very hard. But i left my penis alone and focused on the sensation on my body, as before i tried to let myself go, but not force myself. I imagined my self as both male and female. The result was very pleasurable. My erection was extremly hard, my body hot. (I'm getting horny just by writing this...) . After some time all the sensations in my body somehow went up a notch, and slowly but gradually a was getting close to WO. The good thing about it was that wasn't even bothered by it, I was in the now.
After some more time i gently rolled into WO (here is probably where premature ejaculation problem, and my overall sensitivity worked for me not against me, one should not distance oneself away from the pleasure but dive straight into it). I noticed it by having a strangely relaxed pelvic floor muscles, and of course the insane pleasure. But at some point i for some reason (probably focused to much on the fact that it was a WO, or my body just could take any more of those) jumped out and went straight into the full blown orgasm. Orgasm, which I, flawlessly if i might add, turned into a perfect DO.
Still having an powerful erection i decided that that was it for the night. I could sleep for some time due to the excitement.
That morning i woke up with an erection, so i decided to give it a little loving, but didn't DO just stopped at the PONR (one must be careful not to damage the pelvic floor muscles from all those DOs). Later that day, still felling motivated i decided to go out and to a little walking with my friend. We walk for some time that i decided to run. I wasn't in condition but thanks to all that testosterone and adrenaline i didn't even felt fatigue. After going home I decided to have a long bath to relax those muscles and to mastrubate myself all the way with no DOs or anything.
Now, almost all of my muscles hurt (but somewhat pleasurable like the pain of progress and satisfaction ), but i feel very satisfied and full of energy.
I intentionally didn't ejaculate before because i noticed that i have much more stamina when doing other excerses and running, and i will in future probably incorporate edging in my cardio and other workouts. I'm sorry if this is overly dramatized and stuff, but i wanted for the reader to feel at least a little bit of positive energy and passion that i felt during this.

I'm getting good with this DOs. I had tree DOs one after another (chained) with just one kegel hold. I started holding it at first but didn't stop edgeing (very intense) after the third one i stopped because it was to intense/hard.
One of the problems i noticed is that after the first DO i just kinda lose interest and my penis start going limp, but not like after ejaculation, more like simply losing the interest. If i don't rush to PONR i almost always have no hope of regaining the hardness i had. I guess my body will get used to it in time. For some reason my arousal level also drops, i'm yet to find the way to fix this.

Okay I tried some 12 minutes edging last night (could be longer but accidentally went over it). My style was turning on the porn, start masturbating, then as I'm near ponr (took me only 2 mins wtf) I will stop and then go strong reverse kegel, and then triangular breathing (inhale 5 sec, hold 5 sec, exhale 5 sec), very quickly my arousal drop from 9 to around 7, then i start masturbating again, didn't take another minute to get to ponr again, same stuff, R.K. then Triangular breathing.. until i accidentally went over board.
Am I doing okay? Any suggestions? I'm also trying the MM's advice on edging then work on sth else, then later on edge again.
On a side note, I find that I could be masturbating for 3-5 minutes without any porn, sometimes longer, as my arousal wasn't there like when I was watching porn, just the erection.
