penis sensitive

Hello
i am suffering prob about sensitivity of penis from long time
everything is fine but the skin area of near head on bottom of my penis is feeling so much extra sensitive
i used a little bit stud spray on only that effected area and i am fine otherwise i can't last more then 10 seconds
please anyone can help me to sort-out this extra sensitive skin on my penis

My first question is how often do you ejaculate?

I never had a problem with PE my entire life but when I started kegals thats when i could not last
no longer than 3 - 5 minutes !
I would usually take about 2 weeks after I stopped doing kegals to return back to normal where I dont ejaculate
so easy this would happen on and off every time I would try and do the kegals again so I started doing reverse
kegals seemed to help slightly but when I started to do edging along with regular and reverse kegals and pay
attention to my breathing I can last as long as I want.
