    another week gone, it definately seems that a combination of edging and kegelling (with NO reverse kegelling, maybe occasionaly whilst edging) is helping me. Another thing ive been doing before entering my girlfriend is pressing between my balls and anus with my finger and pinching the head of my penis. then if i feel like im getting close to cumming during sex i pull it out and grab the penis from the base and rub the head off her clit. this de-sensitizes me then i enter again and last a good while.

    PE is pretty much all PSYCHOLOGICAL for most guys. Kegelling won't do anything for ya if you still have the tendency to get overly excited while having sex with a REAL woman.

    I do not believe this ,though it is standard wisdom.

    My understanding of kegels affect on premature issues is growing and I believe the physical causes are a major factor,in most cases.

    I however, believe in the middle way, in other words that both psychological and physical. I know of this because I have (or had) premature ejaculation and noticed in more than one time that it is the combination that causes the premature ejaculation. Body and mind are far to complex to just boil down to either this and that, that is the reason that premature ejaculation causes much problem for people. The physical part is straightforward, how ever the pshychological part is the trickster, and in is different from person to person, dependant on his childhood, his values system, his fears, his confidence and more.

    In that light, you have to believe that kegel will help, for it to be truly functional. In that light also you have to do kegel to feel the confidence and to retrain your body.

    It is all about balance, but people tend to see the little picture. It is just not the balance between the kegels and reverse kegel, nor it is just about the root locks and kegels and their balance, it is about the balance of the mind and body. Or more precise about the psychological and physical. The sooner the person understands that the faster will he approach the solution.
