    When I edge after a workout I can usually go for some time before approaching PONR. I normally have awful control during sex (hence posting here), but I did a fairly typical half hour today after a PE session, full shaft strokes and everything. Thing is, I'm fine until maybe 70-75% arousal level but from there on in there's too much momentum and I can't hold my arousal level back at all, it just keeps building.

    I'm getting much better at recognising my own arousal now and can almost always successfully stop just before PONR and do a big RK to hold it off. RKs really are excellent for this, so while I haven't managed to DO yet, I think now I'm using RKs to help with control that that's just a matter of time.

    Anyway, if I stop stimulation there and then, I have to wait three or four minutes before I'm back below that 70-75% "snowball" level and can carry on for any length of time again. That seems like too long, like I should be able to hold steady at a higher level of arousal than that. It's also impractical during sex.

    My question is whether stamina at higher levels of arousal, or a shorter calm-down time is something that will just come with continued practice, or if I could be doing further exercises to help my control here.

    When i first picked up edging i lasted no more than 10 minutes, but reading around and picking up sex god method bonus video on how to last longer I dramatically improved
    First session i lasted about 39 minutes, 45 min 2nd second, 58 min 3rd, 4th and so on I improved until i reached my current record 1hour 44 minutes 28 seconds non stop stroking, I think i can do more if I wanted but I don't have that much alone time.

    The thing is you have to let your arousal go, clean your mind don't think about grannies or baseball like some say, relax, take deep slow breaths like inhale 5 seconds, hold 2-3, exhale 5. When i wan't to ejaculate I tense my legs, relaxing them seems to help me last way longer. The funny thing is first 10-30 minutes seem to be the hardest and most stimulation/arousal is felt, after it passes I can pound for a good hour ending with explosive, messive protein firework.

    Arousal is not something I ever fought, I just go along until it passes(those first 10-30 minutes I mean)

    If I edge on its own, getting wood to start is a bit like preparing for a wank so I end up fairly aroused and rarely do better than 15-20 minutes even being careful. On the other hand after a PE session I've had 30-40 minutes with my unit pumped up and after a warmdown it's usually a little fatigued and numb, so I have next to no arousal and that lets me go on for a while, anxiety free.

    Funnily enough I was thinking today while edging if rather than holding it off, it was possible to just ride that 75-99% arousal through to the other side, and that maybe if it passed I could end up with arousal/sensitivity level like after a PE workout and just bang away like you say.

    It's interesting and encouraging that I can relate physically to that, even if my control and response is still a bit messed up, 'cause all the usual "clinical" advice is just to accept it and go for mmo instead of actually addressing the PEjac problem itself, and that really doesn't work for me.

    Practice is what I would suggest, I always have a timer next to me when edging to see how I'm doing.
