I have been working with regular kegels and most recently, reverse kegels.
Kegeling has given me a stronger erection but has (to my knowledge) not
helped me with prolonging cumming.
If my girlfriend gives me a hand job or a blow job I can usually last as long
as I want to. When it comes to sex however, it's a different story. It
appears as through I unconsciously kegel and this speeds me up allowing
me to last maybe 2 minutes or less.
Through edging it is clear that whenever I stroke, I kegel. The closer to
the PONR I am, the more I kegel.
I've been trying reverse kegels for about a week now and also edging to
try and last longer.
Are uncontrolled/unconscious kegels my problem? Any tips or advice?

These uncontrolled/unconscious kegels are definitely something you have to get over if you want to master your PE. The first is to be aware of this, which is your case. Next, you have to learn to efficiently relax your PC muscles and this can be done through reverse kegels. The fact is that you probably have an imbalance in your PC muscles that tend to be too contracted.
