Here's a generic version that seems to do a similar job as Priligy but also contains Viagra!! Anyone tried it?

Can anyone recommend online drugstores that dont require a prescription?

I tried Super P-force which is 60mg dapoxetene and 100mg sildenafil (as in Viagra).

I forget exactly from whom I ordered them, something like "4nrx" I think. They were fairly inexpensive, arrived quickly, were in foil/plastic packaging with an expiration date well in the future. I had bought two 4-packs of them.

I tried taking a full tablet on two occasions and it was clearly too high of dose. The sildenafil worked very well, got very hard (even the next morning). The dapoxetene worked well too, I lasted pretty much as long as I want. The downside was that it seemed to make my sinuses very congested and I got a pretty bad headache in the middle of the night, even into the following morning.

When I cut the dose in half, the sildenafil worked just as well for me but the dapoxetene had a bit less impact. I couldn't effortlessly go as long as I wanted, but I did last fairly long. I think it was more mental when I did come because my wife was going pretty crazy which turned me on a LOT. Still got sinus congestion and headache, though not quite as bad.

The biggest downside for me was that I had a hard time predicting when my wife would be in the mood. So there were times I would take a half-a-pill only to end up with a raging hard-on and nowhere to put it because she ended up being too tired, constipated, or whatever, to have sex. And then I'd get the congestion/headache symptoms.

Overall, if the side effects were a bit less annoying, I would probably use them occasionally. But I haven't re-ordered because of the side effects and my lack of ability to accurately predict an hour or two in advance whether sex was going to happen on a given night.

I've just ordered some and waiting impatiently to try it. I'm willing to put up with the headache as long as it keeps me going for a good while. I guess not getting sex after taking it could be a problem lol

I have used Super P Force.
The product is less than ideal for me. First of all 100mg sildenafil (as in Viagra) is A LOT. Sildenafil kicks in fast (15 minutes).
The 60mg dapoxetene is an appropriate dose, and what i need. But it the dapoxetene takes 3-5 hours to kick in and do its job. Dapoxetene does work though. I am not sure yet how long it lasts - about 8-10 hours from what i can tell. So you could prolly have pretty good sex again the following morning.
After 5 hrs the viagra is on the decline and the Dapox is just getting started. (Less than ideal.)

My advise is to listen to Pegausus, J Monroe, Imac. Put in the work and Rev. KEGAL, pelvic stretch etc. Dont rely on pills.

That being said, short term the pills will help build some confidence in yourself and maybe keep your girl from quitting your ass and walking off.

After a couple tries with Super P Force I went ahead and bought the two ingredients seperately. Actually i just bought 60mg dapoxetene pills and then broke the Super P Force into quarters. I did this because of the working time frames of the individual drugs. And because i only want/need about 10-25mg Viagra not 100mg.

Dapoxetene will make your stomach sick if you take it on empty stomach.
Been there done that.
Plan ahead 4 hrs and take it with a little food.
Sildenafil (Viagra) can be taken pretty much last minute and you dont really need food.

The stuff works if you know how to use it. It makes most sense to get the ingredents seperately. But again DO THE WORK AND FIX YOUR ISSUES. Drugs should not be the answer.
