I have tramadol and have been taking it for a while. I noticed no ejaculation difference. But then again, i've always had almost total control of my orgasms from jerking off for hours on end as a teen.

From what I've read, you need to take about 100mg 3-4 hours before sex. It's effects are improved with a drink or two. Supposed to be very effective.

There's been some trials showing that its been very effective, if you take 50-100mg a couple of hours before sex!

ok tried this last night and it does seem to delay ejaculation. I definitely noticed an increase in time to get to PONR - I didnt time it but I went on for around 10-15 mins before feeling the urge to cum. However, the timing thing is a bit annoying as you need to wait about 2 hours before sex.

CUSP82 - there are clinical trials showing that Tramadol works to delay PE. Search it on google and you will see lots of studies carried out on this subject!

Studies or not, loading your body up with different drugs will not help cure your PE.

You say PE keeps coming back. What have you done to try and cure your PE, and if you did do anything other than taking drugs, did you continue on with the program/routine, or just stop cold turkey when you were able to last longer? If you really want safe ways to get over your PE, do exercises that can be found on this forum, try some desensitizing condoms, or get the Fleshlight STU.

Listen to DemOne if you don't want to listen to me or anyone else. You have been good advice by Pegasus on curing your pe through exercise and practice. There are many threads on it here. On the interent there are studies that say I could even be a ballerina? Face it, there is no magic pill other than your own effort! Search all you want, look at any study you can find, it won't help you! Most of your pe is right there in your mind.It's mental not physical and you're causing it! Yes you're right I don't know what I'm talking about. You know better because it couldn't be your mind, your anxiety that does it. It must be something else and there must be a cure for it! Buy all the drugs you can on line because no physican in their right mind will give you a script for what you ask, screw up you mind and body even more and blame everybody but you!

All PDE5 inhibitors have been shown to be effective for premature ejaculation. I have tried them for recreational purposes and while they make my cock as hard as steel, I find that other than 5mg of Cialis, I have difficult time cumming.

I call it "Damn it all" instead of Tramadol. Only use it when the pain gets unbearable.

100mg of tram taken on empty stomach 3-4 hours before sex made me last for ages (especially after i masterbated earlier in day). Effects lasted best part of 12 hours or so.

Sometimes took small amount of kamagra.

But body quickly builds tolerance to tram, so for full effect can't take it more then twice a week max.

But i didn't want to rely on drugs for rest of my life so stopped taking it last year. And having to always plan ahead for sex is definitely not ideal!

Ye. Sex definitely didn't feel as good.
