I am not an expert on the subject, but I've been told a firm pinch with your finger on your frenulum and thumb on the top of your glans right before you begin sex (right before you enter the woman), can prevent premature ejacuation.
As for ED, I don't know any tips.Concentrating on kingpole's Beginner to Advanced Beginner Routine

Haven't heard about two of the things you listed, but the water before sex thing is really true. I make it a point to fully empty my bladder before any sexual activity and even before an edging session. If I go into an edging session with even a slight urge to urinate, my ability to last long is ruined. Very interesting.
