    well as you all know it I have been really dedicated to MMO and to master the dry orgasm, but after returning to the forums to retreive mroe information on the theories, and discoveries you guys have had I feel like a complete noob to the reverse kegal conversation everyone has been focusing on to an attempt to cure Pre-E.

    from reading i know there is two kinds of Reverse kegals now but still need help on this. When i Edge before i do my DO and try to progress in my MMO my first attempt is always to last as long as possible because not only i want to DO, I want to cure my Pre-E.
    I have a huge problem in involuntary bc flex and the other kegal where the spot in between your balls and ass area keeps kegaling no matter what.

    as i edge right before i feel my invounlitary kegal occur, i try to reverse kegal which the end result is it expands my penis a little bit and does take edge off. but is this the right reverse kegal i am doing for the problem i have. both standard kegal and the kegal that moves my "gooch area" always invounlenatiry moves. what exact reverse kegal should I really pratice to try to get balance out my strength

    This area is still experimental/cuting edge and should be looked at if standard protocols arn't effective.
    It appears you have spasms that involve both standard kegels ,is this correct? So standard front, stops piss and standard back contracts arsehole .
    In this case, you should do both reverse kegels in your kegel routine. You can do them seperately or as a group. So force out a piss is front reverse and force out a fart expand arsehole is back reverse. In your case, these reverse k can be done at the same time, lowering the requirement for fine motor skills.
    Reverse kegels should make up a large % of your total kegel routine, perhaps even 100%. In addition ,you may reverse k during edging.
    So basically in your case standaed protocol applies

    yea, well I do not know if this is a standard kegal, its the spot between your asshole and ball area is where it automaticaly kegals. not the asshole. i always try to reverse kegal right before i feel the invonluntary kegal is going to occur, but now i am going to use a big % of reverse kegal into my program to see how it goes. just like anyone else in these forums, always feel when i do the reverse kegal routine, just feels awkard, and wrong. isolating the both is extremely hard because i do not know how to at this current moment.

    one question, when you reverse kegal where you force out piss, does that expand your penis size momentarily, when edging, cause when i reverse kegal during an edging session my penis expands a tiny bit, nothing major. and the other reverse kegal is just forcing out your asshole which i feel all the time when i do edge.

    Ok lets backtrack here, we have to be carefull what sort of spasm you are geting. When you spasm, is the feeling a contraction like hold in a fart or expelling one.
    Most guys do both reverse kegels at the same time and this is usually ok.
    Yes reverse kegels can expand yout dick a little if it is erect.
