    I get involuntary spasms which i think is due to me not having well balanced kegels.

    After looking around it looks like i need to do reverse kegels. How do i do reverse back and reverse front? Apparently there are two reverse kegels. Is there a different method to doing both.

    The best explanation of a reverse kegal is when ur peeing, a reverse kegal is what makes u pee faster, like your forcing out ur pee, or when your going poop, a reverse kegal is what helps push it out..when u do reverse kegal u should feel a tiny bit of pressure under your penis, hold it for 3-5 seconds and you have just done a reverse kegal, rest for 5 seconds and repeat. Im actualy doing them right now while im lounging back in my chair..

    How do you feel them though? I heard don't push too hard, which is basically forcing out a piss I feel. Btw WTF are these steelers doing??? Haha go Pittsburgh!

    Also, They say your anus should Tighten when kegeling, when doing reverse should it relax?

    Reverse kegals do relax the same general area the kegals tighten. Reverse kegals are very beneficial. They do feel awkward at first and take practice to master, unlike their counterpart.

    You have the same problem I have been fixing up the past few months. Balancing my kegals along with edging have reduced the severity of my involuntary spasms and I am making progress.

    Fluxo explained pretty well how to do a reverse kegal and that should be a good start. I just figured out how isolate the reverse back and reverse front the other day and I've been at it for a few months now. I don't think you should worry yourself with that until you learn how to do the basic reverse kegals and have a better understanding of your body. Once you can isolate your reverse kegals it will be much easier to distinguish between the two. Goodluck!

    That second half was frustrating haha anyways back on topic, is edging masturbating to the PONR then stopping and relaxing?

    This is one form of edging and is called stop/start, it is the usual starting point for edging.
