Plan of action!!!
Okay so I suffer from PE, last literally seconds.
I can't control my reflex in my penis so this is my plan. I'm going to focus on only doing Reverse Kegels. I used to do Kegels all the time and have no problem flexing my penis so I'm just going to concentrate on doing Reverse ones.
I'll exercise by doing Reverse Kegels 2 days then taking a day off for it to heal and get stronger. I won't masturbate whatsoever whilst doing reverse kegels because i want to do one thing at a time. Once I think my Reverse Kegels are strong I will start practising to keep control and overpower my spasms I get.
Also I will be watching porn, only watching though not touching. I'm hoping this will train me to keep control of my pc muscle and keep it relaxed.
From reading around it looks like if I have stronger Reverse Kegels I'll be able to keep my pc muscle calm and relaxed.
Is this all right and good?

I noticed whilst watching porn that after I do get an erection I seem to produce quite a bit of pre cum even though I haven't even touched my penis. Any help with this?

Hey Nibbles. That plan sounds pretty good to me! I've also been focusing alot more time on reverse kegels since I also suffer from pretty bad PE. Yeah the key is to restore balance in your pelvic floor which reverse kegels will certainly help. Here are a few helpful links that you may or may not have seen.
