Guys, really interested in hearing your take on this. Kerner seems to be one of the leading voices in PE and a lot of the stuff he says is in contradiction to what we have been trumpeting over here.
His four myths are:
1. PE lessens with age
2. Quick masturbation is PE training
3. Stop/Start Techniques work
4. PE is curable
Should we be drinking his kool-aid?

If you look at it all, you'll see he's trying to sell a book...I notice a lot of people coming up with their own theorys on PE usually end up wanting to sell you something, don't pay any attention to it.

While he may be right, he is trying to sell you something. There is plenty of advice here you can get for free and while maybe his method did work for him, what works for you is probably not going to work for me and vise versa. All you can do is find what works best for you and build on that, or rather go down what road you think is best for you, it may be similar to someone elses road but everyones is a little bit different with something on this personal of a level. Try reading around on here to find what really makes you ejaculate prematurely and once you get to the root fix it, be it mental, or weak PC muscles or something entirely different.

As in most books of this material, around 50% is true, and other is bull. Only a portion of that what is true is actually useful in one book, even in the best of them.
At least he is honest in telling that there is no permanent cure for pe but it can be managed.
This book of his interests me greatly, if someone had read it i would like to hear some comment.Last edited by Pegasus; 04-04-2011 at 05:22 AM. Reason: commercial link

I just read the first seven chapters of his book ( not hard each chapter is only a page or 2) and am not impressed.

If you follow the link in post 4 MM you will be able to read some of his book if you play around a little.
On a positive it seems the mainstream have realised that Pre E is not wholly a head thing.

Yep i have read it., but without the whole book review it is worthless, but from reading it i don't think it contains anything that we already don't know.
