    Hey everyone, I'm new here. Just want to share my issues and what I've come to learn, since someone may be experiencing pre E the same way.

    My story:
    -Had a normal sex life with past girlfriend and broke up(I'm 21 years old)
    -A year with no relationship followed, which lead to watching as much porn as possible, and masturbating constantly throughout the day to porn(popping off as quickly as 30 seconds using the muscle to speed up ejaculation. It was a form of stress relief)
    -New relationship starts, suddenly during any intimate contact I feel a surge of tension throughout my legs and pelvic area, and I'm ready to ejaculate.

    What I've done:
    -Found this website(thank god)
    - Quit porn and started masturbating only here and there, and ejaculating only a couple times a week
    -I do ballooning and edging to get back in tune with the physical sensations
    -I do kegels, but the muscle was already in prime shape as I could hold a kegel for almost 2 minutes and reverse kegels came easily

    The results:
    -At first it was tough. After the porn was out of my life I became more relaxed around my GF. My legs and pelvic area were not a time bomb anymore. I used to get erect from a hug(still do sometimes, I'm insanely attracted to her which made my Pre E even worse). I would cum within seconds of insertion(oral, vaginal, etc) even though I wasn't turned on fully. It was the old reflex kicking in.
    - I finally had normal sex recently, and the build up to the orgasm was insanely awesome. I didn't feel the tension I feel when I watch porn and I loved it.

    I still struggle here and there. I thought I had a physical problem(im uncut), but I realized that it is mostly mental. Foreskin stimulation and glands stimulation makes my muscle spasm sometimes(especially with over visualization) but I'm getting the hang of it. I watched porn the other day since I was curious and it still makes me want to cum in 30 seconds flat at the slightest touch. Even if I over visualize when I masturbate I feel the urge build. If anyone has anxiety and discomfort problems and can't hold back ejaculation I urge you to quit porn, tune into yourself and practice extreme physical stimulation with the least amount of visualization as possible. It will leave u way more satisfied and happy.

    Interesting side note: After my strong orgasms through sex, I get a second wind 15 minutes later which results in a massive erection that is harder than the initial one that throbs so hard it almost hurts. I haven't experienced that in so long, perhaps my nerves are becoming repaired after a year of over masturbation.

    What do you guys think?

    I think you are on a good road, just keep doing what you do and have sex as much as you can. Generally in your case i think the problem will fix itself over time with the stuff you are doing now so there is no need for any of the additional stuff.

      Great to hear! I too gave myself premature ejaculation from constantly masturbating quickly at porn WITHOUT lube and flexing my kegel muscles the entire session. I trained myself to hold a kegel for 8 minutes at one point. now i take my time, use lube, edge, reverse kegel before and during. I still watch porn but i use it wiser now. i take my time and use it to simulate intense sex so i can be less sentitive with a real woman and it seems to be working because i last longer every time. I havent had sex latetly so i dont know if my porn theory works but using the techniques I've gone from 3 minutes to 45 minutes without any spasms sometimes. Reverse kegels come easily to me too and help A LOT!!!! I will have sex in about a week and let you know. I hope it works or else I will have to try the NO PORN route like you. Thanx for the info.       Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
      Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
      I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

        If you feel that this problem is persistent, then you should take the help of anti-impotence drugs. But it is temporary issue and would get better very soon. Just take care of your health. That’s about it.
