    Thank you eworthy, but most of the time I cannot reduced arousal with rks. Any tips?

    I have trouble isolating the RK. I use Minuteman's DO exercise guide and I am doing equal RK's to Kegels, some recommend doing more RK's than K's but I simply cannot isolate them well enough without doing it opposite a Kegel. Anyways, I found the best RK isolation position to be is in a deep horse riding stance. Its a martial arts stance, search on it if you are not familiar. You can see my DO Guide routine at my journal on several recent days. Even with all that Kegeling and reverse Kegeling I still cannot truly hold an RK all by itself while edging or during sex so I apply both an RK and RRL at the same time. I can feel a RRL, it's kind of like a pre fart feeling, but when I'm in the missionary position I don't feel like I will actually fart! My abs tense up and my thrusting becomes mechanical and I have to concentrate on the RK RRL. If I can hold that for long enough then I can feel my arousal level dropping. It's still not easy or natural for me but I can do it, even during sex. It won't hold off PONR forever but it helps.

    hi, whenever i masturbate any stimulation at the rip of my penis causes me to involuntarily kegel. now i have noticed this i know it is my main obstacle to overcomming PE but what is the best way to tackle the issue? thanks

    Read the Pelvic Floor Balance thread, and look into the following exercises.

    Reverse kegel for newbie ( yes, that's me )

    Pelvic floor yoga

    flat foot deep squats


    If you do PE exercises, stretches can also help.

    When I edge I can use my imagination but in a sense limit my thoughts and edge for as long as I like. This is something that took me a little time to learn. However, if I really focus only on my imagination my arousal levels will jump quickly and I will race towards the PONR. A lot of the time I just replay memories in my head. The question I have is, I can't really seem to control my arousal levels during this period as I feel during this time I focus on nothing but my imagination. If I want to lower my arousal levels I need to stop thinking about the fantasy all together. Is this something I should try to work through or have I already moved passed this so too speak by not letting my mind "lock-in" and focus on my arousal alone when edging?

    To add onto this, its kind of a theme. There have been times when I have been with a girl and I am not all that focussed on what is going on. Something will then switch and my attention is solely on what is going on and my arousal jumps. Is there a way to target this?

    My stamina after finishing this program is incredible now! I have sex as long as I want and nothing can beat this feeling.
    I know anyone has the potential to rid themselves of Pre-E.
    So we dont need anything ather than this program so you can do this in real sex as well?

    hi there,

    after reading this again yesterday and trying out some things during edging today, i've made some new developments.
    with 100% focus i'm able to keep myself on an arousal level of 7 (far off from ejaculating but enjoying it) while stroking fast for an extended period of time. however, this ultimately leads me to an erection that is somewhere between a 6-7.

    the only way to get myself to a full erection is adding by adding phantasy; unfortunately this throws me off on the arousal level - get's me to ejaculate.

    what can i do to get my errection just 1-2 steps up while still being focused on arousal levels?
    what is the reason that i can't maintain an erection when im focused on my arousal/calm/breathing properly?
    note that i used to watch a lot of porn but stopped several months ago.

    I've been trying just edging 3/4 times a week with RK routine. This has been about 6 weeks, but so far not much progress! If I use too much imagination/stimulus then my penis head gets far too sensitive and I can't hold it back.

    Although, I can still control my breathing etc at that point. Do you think this is due to sensitivity or over arousal? Or a mix? I'm considering starting this program now in order to tackle both issues?

    has anyone been doing this program recently with success?
