    What are good breathing techniques? pretty much anything? like 4 second deep inhale then 4 second deep exhale? it's not as much about some special breathing technique but more about keeping the breathing constant?

    Correct. There are many techniques can could research. The point is to release the tension in your body when aroused and stimulated.

    Take a deep breath into the stomach, and exhale twice as long as you inhale, so 2:1 diaphragmatic breathing sir.

    While I breath deep inwards I purposely expand my stomach. I found out when my stomach expands outwards I involuntarily weaken my involuntary kegal. This helps me with stamina,

    when practicing everything, should one fantasize or just raw sensations? with just raw sensations i can never get off and its non realistic-ish, but the opposite i come too fast

    I think a mixture of the two. Using just sensations to bring your arousal down, and using fantasy to bring it back up.

    What I do is just think about how much control I have over this and how this is no big deal, and other positive affirmations when practicing. This helped me when I was edging.
