Hi all, I'm currently carrying out both kegel and reverse kegel exercises to help cure my ejaculation problem. I believe the physical aspect probably contributes to about 60/70 percent of my problem. The rest is purely psychological.
Because i'm so used to ejaculating well within a minute when i'm with a girl (I can then carry on for much longer, but that isn't the point), I'm almost in a state of panic, trying my hardest not to ejaculate which makes the problem much worse. I don't know if anyone out there has had similar issues, but I would love to know how you get in the right frame of mind before sex/oral, and how you keep arousal levels down before the act (Just deep breathing doesn't work for me).
