    Hi,

    Im not sure is there are any correlation with eating late night and premature ejaculation. So my question is do you guys eat late night just before going to sleep?

    I have pre e and I have a habbit of eating late night just before going to sleep. I had this habbit for over 15 years now. I am not a fat person. Im pretty fit. Thanks.

    I like a Jello or Flan desert snack with my bedtime meds. Never saw a correlation as to any thing as per your post. Sorry not to add any thing related.

      The only connection I can think of is if you have troubles digesting the food and it ruins your sleep. Otherwise, I don't think there's any direct relation between PreE and late-night eating.

        I normally finish my last meal by 6pm and go to bed between 10-11pm. I've never been one for eating right before bed. Still have PreE.

          Thank you for this answer. Now I can focuse my time in other things to beat this Pre E. I know lots of people thinking this thread is stupid. This thread is not stupid if your answer gives me more times to focusing in other things, because im the guy who tryi everything and share everything I know.

          I have had alot ups and downs in the last 2 months. Alot of success 15 - 40min real sex but also alot of 2-5min real sex. I dont know what are the reason for my success but I will find out soon and I will share everything for you guys. Thank you.
