  • A few tips and a new discovery........ good luck guys!!!!

    As most of you know.... I got prem ejac by not having a gf or sex for a whole year, masturbating hard and fast to FREE INTERNET PORN (WITHOUT LUBE) while constantly Regular Kegeling and sitting on a hard chair(puts pressure on the prostate). After a while, thanx to this website, I went from 1 minute to 50 minutes DURING SEX by doing the exact opposite of everything I mentioned above. I got a gf, had regular sex almost every day(I know this is rare and I appreciate it), 2-3 times a session(makes you last longer each time and your body and mind gets used to it), stopped regular kegels COMPLETELY and mastered Reverse Kegels(AS AN EXERCISE, NOT SO MUCH DURING SEX), started edging and ballooning a bit WITH LUBE, stopped watching porn COMPLETELY and stopped masturbating while sitting on a hard chair or any other surface.
    I actually stopped masturbating completely aswell, but it's only cuz I get sex a lot.
    REVERSE KEGELS SHOULD BE TRAINED HARD AS AN EXERCISE, NOT DURING SEX. DURING SEX YOU SHOULD ONLY HOLD A LIGHT REVERSE KEGEL THE WHOLE TIME TO STAY RELAXED, DO HARD ONES AT PONRs, AND DO HARD ONES TO STOP EJACULATION AND TO PERFORM DOs.
    I suggest you all try some of these things out. Just be careful because if you get some erectile dysfunction, you might need to do a few regular kegels.
    Also, I realized that regular kegels are linked to the ejaculation process cuz it gets me closer to the PONR and causes pre-cum to leak. Reverse kegels do the opposite. I feel like its one or the other. When I push out, my body wants to piss and not ejaculate. When I suck in(regular kegel), I don't feel like pissing and I feel like ejaculating. But that's just me. Some people can handle regular kegels and use them for DO's and MMOs. I use reverse kegels to stay relaxed and in control and I can also stop ejaculation and have DO's with reverse kegels.
    Also.... if you are learning to get better at reverse kegels, I learned that(AS AN EXERCISE, NOT DURING SEX) to do long hard holds, it really helps to take a deep breath and hold your breath while you push out hard for a long time. It helps to really get a good stretch down there. As I do them I let the air out of my lungs slowly in spurts. The longest I can go is about a minute pushing out.(hard long reverse kegel as an exercise, outside of sex, not during sex). Be careful though and give yourself 1 or 2 rest days. If you feel any pain, stop right away.
    Also... getting used to the most stimulating sexual position is VERY helpful. After mastering DOGGY-STYLE for me, every other position became a piece of cake. The secret is to take it slow and build it up faster gradually with time. In no time you will be thrusting hard and fast, starring in your own porno! ;0)

    Great post. 50 minutes? That's awesome! I still can't last that much but I have had lots of progress in very little time. Now I am in 20 or 30 minutes sometimes.

      Thanx stamina man.... I hope this post helps a lot of people as i have been helped here. I know these things have worked so i suggest people try some or all of these. Not sure which of these are the true answer.... maybe its the combination of them all. I have edited the original post to make details clearer. Please check it out. Thanx.

      Here is a brief summary:


      I went from 2 minutes to 50 minutes of hard, fast porn-style sex in about 5-6 months. Thank you PEGym!!!
      What cured me was:
      Reverse kegels
      Stopped regular kegels completely
      Some edging and ballooning at first
      No porn
      No masturbation
      Real sex often, 2-3 times a day
      No quickies and no blowjobs for a while
      Have slow controlled sex at first
      Practice/get used to most intense sexual position to make all others seem like a piece of cake
      Patience and persistence

      Now I can thrust hard and fast porno style without drinking alcohol, emptying my chamber beforehand, eating certain things or trying to think about certain mental things to get me less aroused. I am PHYSICALLY changed.

        Your story is really inspiring! May I ask how do you manage to have sex 2 or 3 times a day?

        Do you still do it or it was only while getting used and gaining practice?

          Do i still do what? Have sex 2-3 times a day? 2 times a day atleast. It's not everyday btw.... around 4 or 5 times a week.... but I've noticed you do have to have sex pretty often for best results. The longer you wait the quicker u ejaculate, which prob explains a lot of the prem ejac cases out there. 2-3 times is great practice cuz u generally last longer each time and your body and mind gets used to it. Getting used to the most intense position is great training. Most articles on the web say to stay away from the crazy positions, but I think that's a mistake. I went in doggy-style from 30 seconds to about 30 minutes from slowly getting used to it. Reverse kegels and no porn helped a lot too.

            Sex 2 times a day 4 or 5 days a week? And do you ejaculate everytime?
