    Okay, looking for some advice here. During masturbation, edging or intercourse I've been using a strong Kegel to try and prevent passing the 'Point of No Return'.

    However, it seems to be having the reverse effect and push me to orgasm and ejaculation. My ejaculation volume is low when this happens (normally very high) which suggests to me that I'm not doings things entirely wrong. But I must be missing something.

    Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?

    Sounds like you need more practice, doing this in a controlled environment such as Edging is different than when you have a screaming woman on top of you. You are most likely distracted and go way beyond the POR and don't realize it, at least I do sometimes. You are on the right track you just need more time.

    Same here. Everytime I have sex or masturbate, I kegal like hell. If I`m not kegaling, it might be a big chance that I`m not gonna cum at all. Doing a hard kegal helps me to cum. I`ve done this since I was a kid, and I think its a little strange that the kegel dont stop me from cuming, since I have done it so many times, and so many hours. So for me, the best would be NOT to kegal if I`m trying not to cum too fast.

    The same thing happens to me during sex, however I manage to control the ejaculation during masturbations. It's really frustrating not having a complete control over it during sex but I suppose it's a matter of time.

    Ok n ow ypou may be kegaling the wrong muscle, clinching your PC muscle instead of your BC. When you can bob your erection up and down your working the BC muscle. This is the kegel you want to use the most. So next time get an erection and bob it up and down. Also when edging you should be laying down, all other body parts should be relaxed. Only your hands and dick see action here.

    You can do the pelvic thrust that spontaneously come with masturbating or sex, Slow these pelvic thrust down a bit.

    Also use a feather like grip when edging.

    Explore otther regions of the gentitle area, your scrotum is vey sensitive to light touch. When you feel the PONR coming on shift your focus to your balls, message them gently.

    Turn off the porn, none of those porn stars can last more than ten minutes having sex, they do sex in a hurry rush! rush!

    Enjoy foreplay, take sex slower, relax!

    The longer you can edge/sex the bigger and harde your erection will get.

    Don't worry about losing your erection after a dry orgasm just build it back up again, this is actually healthy for your penis it supplies new oxygenated blood to the penis when erection subsides or comepletely goes flaccid. Don't let this frustrate you!

    Thanks a lot Columbus and Kingpole. To be honest I am not really sure which one is PC and which is BC muscle, I am clinching the muscle we usually use to stop while in the middle of urinating. Out of all the keygel articles I've read it was the easiest explanation of which muscle should be trained.

    But yes, in a more relaxed state whenever I masturbate I am lasting a lot longer and can control the PONR, even though experience a slight erection loss but I quickly gain it back in a relaxed state. I guess it's the insecurities and a fear of cumming too fast which prevent me from being totally relaxed during sex.

    Maybe you're ejaculating too quickly after kegeling? If you do kegels and ejaculate shortly afterwards the muscles will still be tired.

    When I have sex, I always kegel to hold back the orgasm. I can last up to an hour without ejaculating during a hardcore sex session. The trick is to NOT think about the ejaculation. When I'm doing my woman and I feel like Im gonna cum, I think of something else. I mentally float away into another planet and think about something else. If youre gonna cum, stop all stimulation to the penis (pull out of the vagina!) and perform a very hard kegel. Keep this kegel contracted for a good 8 seconds.
