Last night I was edging and wanted to utilize the reverse kegel technique at PORN (or atleast near it) to see how it worked for me. Thus, whenever I would feel myself rising on the excitement scale I would utilize the reverse kegel at about a 8 or 9. However, it seemed to have the opposite effect on me from the results that I've been reading in that it actually brought me closer to ejaculation!
This brings in to question whether or not I am doing it correctly. While I reverse kegel, I do continue to stroke my shaft. Should I be stopping when I utilize the RK technique?
Anyone with experience with the technique, i'd very much appreciate some clarification. Also, if anyone has a solid RK workout for me, i'd love t use it.
