  • Recap of my sucessful/proven tips and secrets:

    1- no more masturbation to porn, EVER.... especially while regular kegeling.
    2- more reverse kegels than regular kegels AS A SEPARATE EXERCISE AWAY FROM SEX.
    3- sex often with caring, patient partners.
    4- sex 2-3 times per day to train body and mind to last longer and longer.
    5- slow sex, not fast and crazy.
    6- get used to your most intense/stimulating position to make all others feel easy to manage. (ex: doggy-style)
    7- close your eyes for a bit when visual excitement is too much.
    8- edging and ballooning WITHOUT porn. (always use lube or a fleshlight)
    9- during sex hold a light reverse kegel at all times.
    10- at PONR, pull out, perform a hard reverse kegel, wait a bit, then continue penetration SLOWLY. Repeat.
    11- stay away from quickies and blowjobs for a while.
    12- Use thick condoms like direct extra strength.
    13- Sex, sex and more REAL sex.
    14- Have a positive strong attitude going into the bedroom.
    15- Not too much foreplay before sex at first.
    16- If possible, Take control... try not to let her set the pace and positions.
    17- I sometimes ejaculate fast after not having sex for a while so don't worry. The emptier the chamber, the longer you will last. Have sex as often as you can.
    18- NEVER feel bad about yourself and beat yourself down about it and don't EVER tell her "I'm sorry". Just try your best the next time.
    19- with tighter, drier women, use WET PLATINUM lube.

              That's one of the reasons we all get prem ejac!!!! Most couples do it only once a day and the first time is usually the shortest sex duration... and that gets repeated time after time after time. That OBVIOUSLY trains the body and mind to only last a few minutes EVERY time one has sex!!!
              Couples have to force themselves to do it AT LEAST 2 times. The male lasts longer each time he has sex.
              3 times in one day is perfect to re-wire/re-train/adjust the male sex system to last long in bed!!!! Again.... I did not mean EVERY SINGLE DAY...... I meant as much as possible, but it has to be AT LEAST 2 times per "session". 3 is perfect.

                  It's obvious after your first time during sex you last longer, then second third too.
                  But why if someone ejaculates during ballooning or edging they fail and give up until the next time, because after that it is not the same thing. That's why people wait hours or the next day to start over a try again. Also you didn't say Not everyday.

                      Firstly james I think your list is good and well help some guys .
                      I am glad you get a lot of access to a lot of sex ,however many guys have very limited access and so some of these points are not applicable to them. It is also good that you have stamina for 3 or perhaps more ejaculations in a day. However older guys , guys with lower libido or medical issues usually don't. There is also life ,work, kids etc to considder.

                      I would suggest to those reading this list, to try and take from it those things which are of benifit to them. A single extra idea can be of great value, so while all 20 may not be applicable to you it can still help you.

                        I absolutely agree. This is my personal experience.... so I'm sorry if it doesn't work for everybody. I suggest trying to have sex at least 2 times per session... on the days you do have sex. The longer you wait between the 2 sessions, the better. I've noticed 45min-1hour later/in-between is best.

                          I would suggest to those reading this list, to try and take from it those things which are of benifit to them. A single extra idea can be of great value, so while all 20 may not be applicable to you it can still help you.
                          Glad you made the list. Too bad I am not younger with your stamina or have a partner that's ready to go all the time every day. Glad that you are able to have theses opportunities and experiences.


                          Regarding your "light kegels." Have these become automatic and need no real attention from your mind during screwing? And are they strong enough to feel above the sensations you are feeling at the time?

                              Yes I think for the most part I don't have to think about it anymore. sometimes I'll catch myself and fix the problem ASAP. I noticed that when I hold a very hard kegel, it inflates the head of my penis too much with blood and stimulation/penetration feels too intense. that's why I feel that one should hold a LIGHT one during sex and do hard long ones during exercise away from sex. I only do hard ones during sex when I get close to PONR, but I STOP, usually exit the vagina, perform hard reverse kegel to stop ejaculation, wait a couple seconds and then continue penetration slowly. I believe the body throughout the day tends to do regular kegels and people do them too much, therefore causing the imbalance. Reverse kegels should be done as much as possible every other day as an exercise.
