Wait, why does it matter what you call it? and theres differences between mantak and whats here, although a lot of similarities. Anyway lets say we speak in PE forum language, can you still answer the original post pegasus? or just here to troll mystical language... which hasnt even been used.

Ok so train you pelvic floor to be strong ,balanced and supple with out of sex training ,involving mostly kegels and reverse kegels. Follow a progressive system of edgeing to build up skill ,disicipline and timing.
This culminates, in you being able to use a strong balanced kegel, (or series of kegels/reverse kegels) with skill ,discipline and timing, to go through the ponr and achieve DO and MMO.
Some guys find various forms of breathing usefull for this, some do not . In hard form we do not get into energy flow.Last edited by Pegasus; 01-18-2012 at 02:38 AM.

Bringing energy to the brain feels different for different people, so it's difficult to write a step by step guide, some feel it as a tingling, so far I usually feel it as almost a bubble. I draw it to my sacrum by pumping the PC muscles, and then by using rapid breaths I can move it up to the back of my neck, and then into my brain. At first I had to use some make believe before I started to feel it, but now I actually do feel it as a physical sensation. Most of the time it feels pleasent, sometimes it feels very good, but it is something I actually feel happening.
As for not ejaculation, I think when learning it's best to experiment and not make an enemy out of ejaculation. So far every other day I'll wind up ejaculating becuase what I'm doing or watching is really sexy and in the moment I want to cum (So sue me :P).
Keep practicing and experimenting, see what helps you. I like the "mystic" style, it's introduced me to a lot of great feelings and sensations, but I have nothing against the "modern" style.Practicing MMO since August 8 2011

The standard method is a hard kegel a fraction before ponr.
If you think in in martial arts terms, hard would be shotokan karate. The application of force is fairly direct ,skill ,strength and timing and developed through driills abd training.
Soft would be tai chi where the application of force is often less direct and less obvious.

All that being said, use of the Chia versions of reverse kegels plus good breathing skills have allowed me to pass over ponr into pure waves of sensation that to me are now separate from the still pleasant sensations of ejaculation contractions. I have historically ejaculated or "externally" DO'ed at the end of edging. I have decided to not ejaculate each and every time anymore since I can now do multiples without the harm to my EQ or refractory period that the "external" methods of DO Had elicited.Last edited by mvergasioin; 01-19-2012 at 11:03 AM. You refer to "the Chia versions of reverse kegels" and in the quote from Shanks he refers to "pumping the PC muscles". Would you say that you are both referring to the same thing? I have the Chia book and I don't recall any mention of "Reverse Kegels" by name but he could be inferring it in his (with a nod to Pegasus) "woo woo" way.
Either way it sounds to me like you are making splendid progress and I applaud your efforts.
Also, the yoga contractuions that you experienced; would you say that they are akin to the "Cool Draw" method that Chia refers to that you have developed through your practice with gaining a more acute awareness of your energy flow throughout your body?

Chia's scrotal compressions and testicular breathing automatically elicit very effective reverse kegels that seem to prevent contractions. Woo woo in name but in practice reverse kegels.
I don't think The yoga body mini contractions were a cold draw. I have felt "cold" only once or twice from my groin area and am a little hazy On the draw thing. My general hypothesis of a real draw is perhaps what Shanks
described earlier when trying to calm an arousal that could not be tamed. I think I may have approximated some warm draws but they are very very much a work in progress
I think quiet body awareness/focus, extreme relaxation, and openess to whatever might happen is a better explanation for the yoga mini contractions. It has happened to me also during a sacral cranial massage and during a few discrete times during edging.
