If you've never met healthy young adults that use recreational drugs responsibly then you haven't been to college lol. I've seen both ends of the spectrum from "do it once-ers" to addicts who have completely destroyed their futures. The difference in people that can handle it and people who can't is responsibility. I had a friend who scored a 34/36 on his ACT the first and only time he took it. Smartest person I know to be honest. He ruined his future with always trying to get his fix. He would get his hands on anything and everything from meth to heroin. He ended up taking 28 hits of LSD and tripping for 4 days. He was arrested half way through the trip for resisting arrest and spent some time in jail and a mental health facility. Although LSD is non-lethal (the lowest dependence factor and toxicity of all drugs) and he wasn't at risk of death, he sustained temporary memory loss and he thought he was a child again. He made a full recovery but flunked out of college due to the ordeal. I've taken LSD (3 hits) and had a really great time. I had a friend with me and I stayed away from vehicles and dangers. I planned where and when I was going to do it and got a driver to drive me places if I needed a ride. It was a great day of walking around enjoying a world I'd never seen before. The only difference between my experience on LSD and his is his immaturity and neglect to take necessary precautions. After all that's why it's called a trip; you're supposed to plan trips Now you don't know me, but I hope you can take my word that I'm responsible despite our obvious lifestyle differences. While drugs can be very dangerous, most are not inherently dangerous (with the exception of heroin, methadone, etc. that's just some bad shit). Kinda ties into the whole "Guns don't kill people, people kill people" saying.
Again: I DO NOT CONDONE THE USE OF ANY DRUG OR SUBSTANCE NOT PRESCRIBED TO YOU BY A DOCTOR OF MEDICINE!
Edit: A girl I knew died from a heroin/cocaine overdose, called a "speedball", on February 4th. It's sad to see a 20 year old girl with a future ruin it with irresponsibility. It's crazy to think I was playing Jenga with her 3 weeks prior.

Have you taken any ADD meds over an extended period of time? How does Adderol XR compare to Vyvnase in terms of focus? I know the chemical difference but I'd like an opinion. I know you say you only use it recreationally, but since I've been taking it daily, the effect is not as strong and noticeable as it used to be (Vyvanse 50mg). I'd like to find a a solution whether that be to raise dosage or switch brands. I'm not sure that I'd want to raise dosage if possible. I've actually been eating better without pot and even sleeping while on Vyvanse which is weird. I'm thinking of requesting 20mg or 30mg Adderol XR. I know I need an extended release of some kind. Instant release is waaaay to strong and usually leads to a halt in productivity and just a super speeding feeling for about 4 hours. I'd rather have a slow onset of focus that lasts all day (~12 hours).

Still reading up and trying to understand at this point what is causing my PE. And I think the huge problem for me is involuntarily kegeling. When I was younger I didn't take my time when I masturbated so I ended up teaching my body to kegel when it shouldn't. I can even remember when I was really young being fascinated with the fact I could make my penis move around without using my hands (lol I showed everyone). I think even now when not in a sexual situation I find myself kegeling. Just sitting around at school being tense and kegeling etc I believe is my problem. Even more so now that I'm taking Vyvanse and that keeps my body tense and makes me subconsciously kegel.
To combat this, I've started a routine in which I go from 100% kegel, hold for 5s, then slowly move to reverse kegel 100% and hold for 5s and repeat the whole process in reverse. I've found this is easier to do when I'm standing up and I can feel sort of a swelling when I'm finished (I do about 15 minutes worth). Is the swelling sensation a sign of progress? I find I can hold a regular kegel for upwards of 20s but I think when being stimulated I'm holding it from the very start and It's becoming tired out by the time I need it. Soon, I will also cut porn from my life and begin an edging routine with kegels and R-kegels.
Ps. Is it possible to kegel/ r-kegel too much in one day even if I still plan on leaving the day after for healing/rest? Also, can I edge on my off-days?
Edit: Also what is this user referring to?
