    Instead of just trying to focus and relax it everyday maybe start a routine too, 1 day on 1 day off(because muscles need rest) and do them 50/50 with regular kegels, you need a balance not just strong reverse kegels.
    Ejaculation should be done 2-4 times a week to keep a healthy prostate.

      Edging is good ,as Steve suggests a regular kegel/reverse kegel routine ,should start balancing out the pelvic floor.

        Ok you can think of kegel as yang ,relaxed as neutral and reverse as yin. Seems you have too much yang and need more yin.

        Or you can think of kegel as clenched , relaxed as neutral and reverse as a stretched /hyper relaxed state.

        Now to most people reverse kegel feels like an active push and best training results are produced when explaining it as such.

          While a minority of guys can get a result from just relaxing their pelvic floor in the normal manner, they are usually mild cases. I do not think you will get a result from this.
