I wonder if anyone has the same problem as me.
If i focus on the sensation of my penis during intercourse, I can delay drop the sensation a few times but sometimes i will tend to cum fast if i focus. But if i do not take note of the sensation i am will be worried that the sensation might escalate and by the time i notice i will be at the PONR and might not be able to delay my cum.
Any suggestion on this?
Can I still take my mind off the sensation and will not cum fast. Does that even work in the first place? Or constant focus on the sensation is required for better control?

This sounds like premature ejaculation to me. Go check out the pre-e forums here: Premature Ejaculation Forum
Pre-e is a problem that occurs on both the physical and psychological levels. The overthinking you are doing and stress that you have hinder you from enjoying sex to its fullest. At the same time, your body reacts by releasing quickly due to sexual anxiety. Its an evolutionary defense mechanism that is found in many many many men. Don't worry, you are far from alone. Go check those forums, and I am sure you will find the help you need.
Another question: Have you had sex a lot or are you still new to sex? A lot of guys don't get a feel or sense of what a vagina is like until a few tries at it (3-10 "encounters"). It is possible that if you are new to sex, this stress and need to focus on the sensations of the vagina will fade. Either way, look at the pre-e forums as they can still be very informative and beneficial.

Newhunter,
CaptainJohnson is 1000% right about ALL of the things he mentioned.
I also have premature ejaculation sometimes. It's like yours, phychological. By that, I mean that I'm ''afraid'' that I'll cum sooner than my girlfriend and make things A LOT harder.
Can I ask you something please?
-When you have sex and the girl cums sooner than you, then somehow ''magically'', this oversensation that you feel is vanished?
And no, you are not alone.
20-30% of all men suffer from this for a portion of their life. Most of them for just months, very few, for life. Relax please.
