    Over the past three months, I've added reverse kegels into my routine to help combat my PE that flares up from time to time. The other night I had sex, and I only lasted about a minute (somehow I managed to stay hard afterwards and just kept on thrusting for another 6 minutes to make it seem like nothing happened, which worked). I didn't have this problem a few years ago while I was doing my exercises.

    At the end of each workout, I do five (5) 30 second kegel holds, and then ten (10) reverse kegels (each reverse kegel is 10 seconds). I also edge twice a week for 20 minutes.

    I don't really think it's my nerves, either. I wasn't overly anxious when we started to have sex and I wasn't worried about lasting longer or anything...I was just trying to enjoy myself.

    Your reverse kegel time is still under the 50% to 70% of total kegel routine workload recomended for guys with pre e issues.

    How many reverse kegels do I need to add in then? Increase by 5 (15 total) or increase by 10 (20 total)?

    Try this:

    I suggest edging WITH lube WITHOUT watching porn and switching to light ballooning at PONR to continue stimulation so that you dont get used to the start and stop method than women hate during sex. A fleshlight is great too. Only ejaculate every 3-7 days. Spasms and sensitivity can be controlled with regular and reverse kegels if they are also practiced ALONE outside of sex as a separate exercise first. Some people have to do way more reverse kegels than regular kegels to cure themselves. I suggest stopping regular kegels for a long while. I personally hold a light REVERSE kegel the whole time during sex to stay relaxed and in control and I do a strong hard one at the PONR to stop ejaculation/spasms. Spasms and sensitivity can go away completely and you can last a long time during masturbation and sex and thrust deep and hard non-stop like a porn star if you have sex or masturbate 3 times in a row with only a 3-6 minute break between rounds, but you have to not drink alcohol, have a willing sex partner and have a high sex drive/good erections. NEVER masturbate to porn. I went from 1 minute to up to 60 minutes doing all the things I mentioned above. Another good tip is watching porn without touching yourself, having slow controlled sex and having sex in the most arousing positions to get used to them. That will make all other positions feel like a piece of cake.*
    Bottom line: more sex, less porn, less masturbation = less prem ejac. Always try to have sex almost daily and 2-3 times per encounter. Less sperm in the system=last longer. Good luck.

    Just get the total rk % workload up over 50%and possibly up around 70%. You could try more variety in your length of hold including short holds. Can you explain your rest days from kegels? Another edging session and /or longer edging may help.
    For the alternate view put by James, we are trying to clone his girlfriend so members can get sex multi times a night. We have 1,352 on back order so far, so expect delays.

    I do my workout sessions on Mon - Thurs, and rest Fri - Sun due to my schedule. On Mon - Thurs, I do my kegels and reverse kegels every day on those four days before I take three days off.

    To be honest I'm not sure. I really don't know what overfatigued would feel like...so I guess not? I've decided to start doing more reverse kegels than regular kegels. Monday and Wednesday I'm going to do 5 kegels for 30 seconds each, and 10 reverse kegels for 10 seconds each. On Tuesday and Thursday, no regular kegels, and do 20 reverse kegels at 10 seconds each.
